Actually...I know how to do so. It involves ripping audio via GOM Player, converting the WAV file to QCP, then transfer it to one's phone via Micro SD Memory Stick. From there, one would have to send the sound to one self and save it as a Ringtone.

I am proud to say that I have a Steven Jay Blum ringtone, thanks to Otakon 2007. Thanks to my new computer, i was able to transfer it to my PC, then edit it down before putting it back into my phone. Also, I have a Snakes on a Plane ringtone and a THIS IS SPARTA ringtone.
