I used to ADORE Naruto. I tried to get every merchandise of it every anime store I went to. But, after they showed a zillion Fillers I got bored with it and lost interest. =/ I like it but not as much. The only thing keeping my interest is the Akatsuki~. x3

I agree, the current manga is some of Kishimoto's best work in my opinion. It's actually pretty interesting and you don't really know what's going to happen.

This is a great series, and the recent manga chapters have been captivating. Unfortunately, I think this series is going to run for one more year, tops. Kishimoto has killed off almost his entire cast of antagonists. There's only a few members left in Akatsuki, there's Kabuto, and then Sasuke (if you count him). With Konoha in ruins and most of the good guys K/MIA, it'll just seem awkward if they rebuild it and move on.

No. Nagato is going to die soon. How he will die is up for debate, but he will die. He doesn't appear to have much time left to live anyway judgeing by his condition and how Konan was worried on how he was exerting himself during his fight. It is over now. The Reign of Pein is over... Madara, Kabochimaru, and Danzou will take his place as next big threat.... I wouldn;t be surprised if there is another Time-Skip at this point though. We are around the same point in total chapters since the first Time-Skip... Which is why I can't wait to see what happens. XD

As far as my knowledge goes, the only Sanins that are dead are Jiraiya, and Orochimaru.

The Jounin/Chunins that are dead are: Kakashi, and Asuma

The Akatsuki that are dead (At the top of memory, not in any order)

Kakashi is my favorite character so my problem isnt that he is alive again, the problem is that EVERYONE is going to be alive again which makes the whole arc and the whole existence of Nagato pointless, it's not like Naruto has changed his way of thinking at all.

Okay, I just read teh chapter and it was not as bad as it could have been... Still pretty bad though... But it didn't ruin the arc for me like I thought it would. It hurt the effectiveness of the arc BIG TIME, but after reading it, Pain and Nagato really were two different characters. Nagato's Pain was Yahiko really. Nagato was practically pretending to be Yahiko and follow Yahiko's dreams to the tee. Nagato I am not so sure was fully commited to said goals. Pain was. I can see it as a split personality brought on by the loss of Yahiko. Nagato lowered that pain of loss by pretending to act like he felt Yahiko would act. If you do look at it that way, Pain itself was still a great villain. Nagato was teh weak one.

Still not a fan of the Mass Ressurection bullshit at all. It hurt the drama of the arc, but still, this arc was too good to be labled a failure despite weak writing in the end.

Chapter Rating: 5/10
Arc Rating: 8/10

This arc could have been a perfect ten if there was no mass ressurection. Because of that ressurection, it could not live up to the first two arcs of Part 2 (Rescue Gaara and Grass Country. It may not reach the hidan and Kakuzu arc either... better than the others though.)

Heh. HARDLY will this be the final battle. First, lets look at what is left....

-Madara, Kisame, and Zetsu are still around on the Akatsuki side. You know Madara has his own plans in all this.
-Kabochimaru is still roaming around himself, so that has to be resolved as well. Not to mention what ever he is planning himself in all of this chaos.
-Then you have Danzou and Root and whatever it is they are planning behind everyone's backs.
-We have Cloud Village on the move and a pissed off Kage of said village.
-Killer Bee is still roaming around the country side.
-And of course, Sasuke.

No Jiraiya won't come back! Nagato/Pain/Whatever only had enough energy to revive the people he killed when he came to Konoha. Jiraiya's battle was long before the Konoha attack.

Besides, he was old. He was eventually going to die. If Pain didn't kill him, he would have died by old age, or a different ninja.

I was actually depressed when Kakashi came back. I thought it added a lot to the story, and made it much darker, which the manga/show hasn't had for a while. Although I thought the same about Hinata, she should have died, therefore making Naruto perma-apeshyte and allowing him to get further along with his transformation.

But now Sasuke's going to go to the village, fight Naruto, Naruto will go 8 or 9 tails, Madara will intervene, Sasuke will have to stop him, Naruto will gain control, win the day.

Naruto is meet by a horde of fans back in the village.(Kakakshi praises him in his mind)

Naruto sheds a tear in the distance. Hinata thinks back to how lonely Naruto was in his childhood, and compares that to the present time. Iruka gets tears in his eyes over sees how Naruto is adored by everyone. Sakura punches Naruto in the face, then immediately hugs him.
Shikaku thanks Naruto in his mind, and calls for an important meeting.(Concerning the Jounin squad leaders)

Zetsu is watching.

"Pain was killed... I'll report this to Tobi"
Scene changes to Akatsuki

Zetsu: "With Pain killed, I don't think Konan will be coming back here"
Madara: [Unsure, he says something about two persons who have can make a link to Gedou Ma Zou, or something]

He then nominates himself to be Hokage.
