Rules are simple, and I think the old one got deleted in the move to the new format. Anyway, just rate the poster above you's avatar on a scale of one-to-ten. Perhaps a short review of the avatar above.
EXAMPLE:
Poster 1: I give poster 2's avatar 8/10, for it has pretty colors and I like it.
END EXAMPLE
Oh yeah, no spaming or flamming plz.
