Alright there has to be people here who've read this manga or watch the anime at some point but for people looking for a synopsis...

From ANN: "Tsuna is a hapless youth with low test scores and lower self esteem. His mother hires a tutor to help Tsuna out, but it comes as a surprise to the both of them when the tutor is a baby named Reborn, claiming to be from the Mafia. Reborn informs Tsuna that he's the next heir to the Vongola family mafia family and tries to help Tsuna reach the goal. Reborn possesses the Dying Will bullet, which kills a person and brings them back to life to fulfill the last regret they had, and even works to get Tsuna some henchmen to make him a true mafia boss-in-training."

REBORN! I love Katekyou hitman reborn and the characters. They're just awesome and epic, no wonder why Hibari, Mukuro and Tsuna got in the top ten for anime's most wanted grooms (18 was 1st, 69 was 6th and 27 was 8th) and their TYL forms are just the best. The drawings are good, they get better as the story goes along. Byakuran is the most epic villain ever! And you never know how important the 10-year-bazooka is until the triestate(?) arc. KHR is the best to the extreme. With my dying will i'll continue reading and watching it. And to whoever says anything bad about it, I'll bite them to death. Kufufufufu...yeah i'm a crazy fangirl

IF they have another arc, that is. There are enough chapters and enough story closure that it would not be surprising if the series ends somehow at this point.

Then again, it's not likely to happen until Tsuna actually takes over the Vongola Family in some form.
