Find The User

Now, I'm sure this has not been done before, so I decided to make this.

Right, so whomever hosts (Since I CANNOT host a game at all), picks a random user on the forums, and states 3 or 4 locations, whichever they prefer. They also say that there are (random number) amount of Dummies in that same location, too. Maybe 5 Dummies in each location, I don't know. It's up to the host. The dummies look exactly like the person trapped. Then, with a minimum of about 10 people, everyone tries to find that user.

You have Twenty turns to find the person.

If someone finds a dummy, they lose an extra turn. So, let's say they had 15 turns, and two Dummies, so they have 13 turns.

If you do not find the person within Twenty Turns, they die, and you must live with the guilt forever!

Whoever would like to Host, say so.

Could you give an example of what a turn is supposed to look like? And what you mean by dummy?

Okay, you would like an example, then hopefully this will do (I'm not good at explaining things);

I'll use myself as the target, just to make it easier.

This is what Seagull will post (not in italics, though)

I have found and captured eternity. He is either in The City, The Desert, or Underground. I have also placed 5 dummies that look exactly like him in each location. (City/Desert/Underground) If any of you find the dummies, you need to examine him carefully to make sure he is legit, and that takes an entire turn. If he is a dummy, then you must put him in an obvious location, so no one else thinks he is the real one, too.

Insane85 searched at the Ra Yellow Dorm, thinking Kipper was a decent duelist but obviously he was not there.

WeirdSmells searched at The Kame Game, thinking Kipper would be here looking for new cards and games to buy, he didn’t find kipper, but while he was there got to see the Egyptian God cards and bought the millennium puzzle.

Zairak searched the Daedalus Bridge thinking that he must have tried to ride his tri-cycle over it, but only found a dummy.

If you do not find me within 20 turns (maybe less if you walk into any of the 8 threads which either will be containing HeavyDDR, who has returned for this little game, which you will be temporarily be banned for a day, Or you might just get distracted, it depends), I will spam the threads until I get banned permanently. You will find me on any thread I watch which should help, even in groups perhaps.


Before anyone could reply he left and logged out. Most people just looked and then got back to what they were doing, however some people who were nice and liked Grimfang (thanks guys) didn’t want him to get banned, and it didn’t make sense anyway, he liked the site. So they went out to search for him.

Day 1 (continuing as if I didn’t take time off)

Weirdsmells decided Grimfang would be obvious and decided to look there in the find the user thread. Grimfang wasn’t there, but Weirdsmells did find a free toothbrush.

Insane85 seemed to think we were searching for HeavyDDR and used outstanding logic to go look in the Death Note TFG thread. Fortunately for him, he actually did find HeavyDDR, but the fail was too much for him and his computer broke down.

Wazza2k9 decided to be different and went to search in a group thread. He chose “Admiral’s League of Awesomeness” in the “Awesome new members assemble here” section, seeming to forget Grimfang was not new at all. Though wazza did find a potato…

Kipper appeared in the Zombie Genesis forum game, it was rather empty, and walked back out again… after being pelted with a tomato for no reason.

A Seagull pooped in the “you might be a narutard” thread… the ninjas were not happy and used “SEAGULLNUJITSU!” and blasted the seagull out of the sky. Ouch.

Hi guys sorry had friends round one night and last night went down to sisters university for her birthday…

Wazza searched the “what are you listening to now” thread. He didn’t find Grimfang… again… but was able to enjoy some good rock music for a turn.

wazza finally went to the riddles/mind f**kers thread. right on time. he saw Grimfang was online and had begun to send in a message filled with trolling spam and the likes. wazza snuck up behind him and gagged him and dragged him away. the people that did give a crap then were able to talk to him and stop him from getting himself banned.

Anyways, here is the new option IF you the GM would like to include it. (They don't HAVE to, if they don't want to.) This option will make the game a little harder...:

GM's now have the option to hurt the captured user. Usually it's something simple like 15 HP, so nothing to worry about. If the captured user dies, then the last searcher will be taken along with the already captured user.

In other words, say RebornZombie was captured, and eventually killed. Then, WeirdSmells was the last person to search before RebornZombie was killed, that means WeirdSmells and RebornZombie are now hostages, and the game is reset.

Again, that's only if the GM wants to. If you guys actually still like this game, sign ups for round 3 start now. Plus, let's try to get a different GM this time -- Not Seagull, or grimfang.
