I've only seen a couple episodes, but it seemed good to me.

I watched it when I was younger and it was in the TV along with Dragon Ball. Needless to say, it's awesome. I had a crush on Lina Inverse, and I squeed when I found out that both her and Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop are voiced by the same girl.

Awesome fantasy/comedy series, all in all.

I enjoyed the first season, but I haven't seen any more. I heard the second season is a bit different. Should I check it out anyway?

Yes you should. The first season is the best but the other 2 arent bad at all....plus that's when xellos appears :thatface:

I havent gotten to watch too many epsiodes but ive read the majority of the manja with zellos and goury and then when lina teams up with nagga.

Its an intrestresting series altogether that I would very much want to watch if i could only find the episodes >.<

Ooooh I have loved Slayers for a loooong time. I think it started way back in 5th grade when I saw Slayers Motion Picture. I went straight back to school the next day and told all my friends I wanted to play sorcerer. XD WE LOVE LINAAAAA!!!!

I guess that depends on your definition of mainstream.
As far as I know, it was never on TV, but thenagain I refuse to watch anime on TV so I tend to not realise when shows are put on there. ^^;

I read what there is of the novels in english (Awesome~), and I just bought the first three seasons in a box set for 20 bucks ^o^ I'm liking it so far.
