One Piece Caption Contest!

Welcome to the first edition of "OPCC"! I will be your host, Ojio (OJIO= OldJokeIsOld).
RULES: This is just like any other Caption contest. The only added rules to a normal CC like this is you are allowed to submit as many times as you like, but only up to three days after the picture is posted.
PRIZES:
-1st prize winner gets a free art request (don't ask me on this forum or on my page on this site. Please just go to http://www.zolosluver.deviantart.com/ to ask, please. If you are not a winner, but still want to ask for a request, I am taking commisions for $, depending on how big the request is.)
-2nd prize winner gets to be my friend, bragging rights, Dairy Queen, a drawing request, but the request is limited to something not complicated.
-Suggestions and Questions are open.
