Okay, I downloaded the Torrent... the first episode is a M4V file (not quite as good quality as a Mpeg-4, but still watchable)

My problem is that episode 21 does NOT work. It just comes up with "Error -37: a bad file name or volume was encountered"

Try stopping the torrent, deleting episode 21 from your download directory, then restarting the torrent. It should download episode 21 again.
