Okay. The first post here will hold the rule book. The second and third posts will contain country descriptions. The fourth post will contain status reports for the countries. At least pay attention to the first and fourth posts if you are going to play.

Loki's Hilarious Experiment: The Rule Book.

This game is somewhat similar to Risk. In it, several countries fight each other in an attempt to unify up to 10 countries that are on the map. Each country is controlled by a player.

The background of it is that, in this world, everybody has supernatural abilities. The type of ability is determined by the country they are in, or more specifically, the power chosen by the player of that country for their Hero. All powers within a country must fit under a general theme as decided by that Hero.

This has happened because Loki, God of Chaos, decided to have some fun and made the 10 countries' inhabitants all have superpowers. Hence, the name of the forum game.

When the players sign up, they do so as a character, supplying the character's name and a country name if they want. They must pick a central power for that character. This will be the theme for the entire country's powers, so pick wisely. They can choose a weapon or magical item for that character, but some weapons tend to break easily. Melee type weapons such as Swords, Axes and Lances are among the easy to break weapons. Two general exceptions are knives and bows. They tend to break easily because, well, the people will be fighting other people with superpowers. One hit can be devastating. This character is the country's Hero and, if they die, the country falls apart and the player thereof is out of the game. The Hero must always be a Military character.

If a Hero is chosen to have an elemental power, such as being able to turn into flame, they have certain advantages and disadvantages. Of course they can only be hit by powers, but certain types of powers are now more effective against them. Water, for instance.

Players start off with 5 people other than the Hero in their country. Normally, these 5 people are sorted into the three sectors of the country randomly. A player has the option to ask for specific types, however. The player can also choose the powers for these starting people, but they have to be themed around the Hero's power. Also, the Military sector people must have combat applicable powers.

Finally, when players sign up, they have the option to describe the general terrain of their country. These descriptions will be incorporated into the map for that Round.

As said before, there are up to 10 countries on each map, with a player controlling each. Further, each country has 4 sectors. The main 3 are the Military Sector, the Economic Sector and the Food Sector. In addition, there is an Other sector.

Each sector can only have a limited number of people in it. The three main ones, Military, Economic and Food, can have up to 10. Other can have up to 3. That is a grand total of 33 people in any given country.

Each sector has it's own special characteristics. Further, depending on the Hero of the country's powers, double the gold and/or food may be produced by the Economic or Food sectors, respectively. However, each person would also consume 3 food per turn instead of 1 food per turn. This means up to a maximum of 60 food produced per turn, but 73 consumed per turn. Because of this, countries cannot have maximum output without relying at least somewhat on trade. Finally, every person in the game has 100 HP, including the Heroes.

For every person in the Food Sector, you get 3 food. Each person needs one food per turn. You can go up to three turns without food before someone other than those in the food sector randomly leaves your country. Food will stockpile if your Food sector is producing more food than your country is eating.

Further, if you have 15 units of food in excess of what your country consumes a Turn, a new person is generated. 10 of the excess units disappear. This person's power is random, and they will be assigned to the proper sector based on that power. A person who can create localized explosions would be in the military sector, whereas somebody who can turn lead into gold would be best in Economics. On that same note, somebody who can make land more productive would go in Food.

For every person in the Economic sector, you get 100 gold. You can hire a mercenary for 1,000 gold plus additional upkeep for them per turn. For every extra level you want the mercenary to have, it will cost an additional 1,000 gold.

The Military sector is made up of your army. These are your regular troops, mercenaries and your Hero, which each country has. The only powers the player in charge of the country can choose are the powers of the mercenaries and the Hero and they must all be under the same general theme.

For the Military sector, there are ways to level up your troops. Mercenaries can be bought at level 1 for 1,000 gold and leveled up for 1,000 gold per level. Further, training for each military member costs 10 gold. Mercenaries can be trained after you hire them and require the same amount of experience to level up as a normal person, as detailed below. Regular troops take upkeep as well, but only half that of Mercenaries. So, regular troops require 100 gold per troop per Turn.

Finally, we have the Other sector. This is the miscellaneous sector, in effect. The player would say something along the lines of 'I set "Character Name Here" to "Other". By doing so, they are able to have the character in question perform various actions such as finding dungons, trying to appease the gods, learning how to play the fiddle, practicing fine art, whatever. The GM decides whether the action works or not.

Levels can be gained by the troops by taking part in assassinations, battles, dungeon explorations and other such things. For every level, you have to be in 5 more battles. That is, if you are level 9 and want to get to level 10, you have to take part in 50 more battles, as illustrated by the following table:

Level 0: Instant.
Level 0 to level 1: 5 battles.
Level 1 to level 2: 10 battles.
Level 2 to level 3: 15 battles.
Level 3 to level 4: 20 battles.
Level 4 to level 5: 25 battles.
Level 5 to level 6: 30 battles.
Level 6 to level 7: 35 battles.
Level 7 to level 8: 40 battles.
Level 8 to level 9: 45 battles.
Level 9 to level 10: 50 battles.

And so on, in that pattern.

What levels mean for the players is an increase in damage capabilities. Originally, damage is set at 30 damage a turn. For each level up, maximum damage is increased by 2. Actual damage is scaled to what the attack is like.

Training can also raise levels, but only counts as half experience. So, basically, take the list above and multiply it by 2 to see how many Turns you would need to have a person level up by training as opposed to actually battling.

The highest level you can reach is 10.

You need 2,000 gold to invade another country and for upkeep for your military. While you are in a state of war, costs of upkeep will rise. For the military population, it will cost an additional 5 gold per Turn per military person. That is, if X is equal to the upkeep of a military person, in Turn 1 of the war, X will be the cost. In Turn 2 of the war, X+5 per military person will be the cost. Turn 3, X+10 and so on until the war is over.

Assuming you have the required resources and desire to do so, all a player needs to do is say 'I declare war on this other player' to declare war. It takes effect that very same Turn. However, you can only attack countries directly adjacent to your lands unless you have permission from the player between your land and the target player's land to take an army across their land.

Up to 5 people from each Country can be involved in any given battle.

If you win, your country takes Country A's land. If you were to later lose a war, Country B would take the land that you took from Country A, but you would still be in the game.

Being a bigger country, thus, makes it harder to destroy you, due to having more bases. This does not mean you have additional farmland or anything, however.

If the Hero of a country dies, that country is destroyed.

You can send anybody to war, regardless of their affiliated sector. The draft, it is all encompassing.

Additionally, when you have sent your troops to war, you can have them attempt to escape back to the home country. It takes 3 turns and they can fight while trying to escape. In effect, their evasion and defensive abilities would increase, but the damage they can deal would be much lower. Of course, escaping would cause the player fleeing to lose that area.

Defense of your country is an option. People within the country that are currently invading another country cannot be used for defense, obviously.

Enemy units can be captured and sent to the Food sector. They must be under 10 HP. Success is dependent on the target's power and how the capture attempt is made. Knocking the target out is an option, but it may kill them. It is impossible to capture an enemy Hero.

As an additional note to what happens when a Hero of a country dies, when that happens, all the people of that country will attempt to escape. If they are brought to under 10 HP in the three turns it takes to escape, they are taken as slaves. Slaves can only work in the Food sector and can be let go at any time.

On the other side of things, there can be slave revolts if the population of slaves far exceeds the population of the enslaving country. The player of that enslaving country can do whatever they want in an attempt to stop or prevent said rebellions, so long as it is within the rules of the forum. That is, they can take the traditional, torturous approach or they can be good to their slaves.

Then, we have Morale. This deals with convincing the enemy to join your side, or keeping your people from joining the other side.

The mechanics of it are fairly simple. It is a scale from 1 to 10 that starts at 5. If it looks like the 'momentum' of the battle is going one way or the other, the Morale scale will move up or down to reflect the change.

So, if Player A's Morale is at 5 and they do an impressive series of attacks, doing much more damage than the other side, the Morale scale will increase to 1 for Player A. Once that happens, some of the enemy's people may defect to Player A.

It basically looks like this:

The closer to 10 it is, the more morale Player B's side has. The closer to 1 it is, the more morale Player A's side has.

Assassinations can also be attempted. You do not have to be at war with another country to initiate an assassination. To do so, a player says "I send 'Character Name' to try and assassinate 'Other Character Name'. This is the only action that is required to be done by PM, although technically anything can be done by PM.

Further, depending on the assassin's power, there is a chance they may be discovered. Naturally, this means they will have to fight whoever discovered them. Usually, only one person will do the discovering and it does not have to be the assassination target.

If they escape from the battle, the assassination plot is revealed.

If they defeat their target, there's a small chance that the plot is still revealed, depending on the assassin's power.

If the assassin is not revealed, the plot continues.

If the plot is revealed, the assassin must return to their own country.

As said before, every Hero has the defining superpower for their country. If they die, the country is destroyed. In addition to the superpower, a Hero may search out a Master. If they succeed, they can acquire two traits of their own choosing, depending on the Master they choose to seek out. It takes several turns to find a master of a specific style of fighting, but it can help the Hero develop basic fighting skills beyond just levelling up. There are currently 5 traits to choose from. They are described in the following spoiler.

Eye-based trait: the ability to follow enemy movement, regardless of their speed, and parry easier.

Basic fighting trait: Helps in Close Quarters Combat (CQC). That is, it makes the Hero more proficient in hand to hand type fighting, close range. Like Rokushiki or whatever.

Sniping trait: Can pierce armor and other materials at close range, accuracy increases at further range. As a reminder, technology has not advanced greatly. Think bows and arrows, not pistols and laser guns for ranged weapons.

Stealth trait: Allows the Hero to perform assassinations and other covert actions more efficiently.

Art of War trait: Morale rises easier for the player. Further, the higher the morale is for the Hero's side, the higher damage will be, as determined by the GM.

While searching for the Master, the Hero is absent from the country.

None of these traits can be chosen as a superpower.

Players have the ability to trade with one another. They set and decide all the prices by themselves. They have to sell to other players, however. They cannot sell to themselves, god, or what have you.

On a related note, a player could find a ton of treasure in a dungeon. It is worthless to them, however, until they trade it to somebody else for money or other resources. In and of itself, it is worthless. A player might set some person in their country to the Other sector and have them try to find a use for the item, but it won't always work.

Also in the dungeons, players can search for damage-effecting items. They are not permanent, but they can increase the powers of the chosen person for a single attack or possibly a couple attacks, depending on the item and the person's powers.

Name: T-1000
Power: Liquid Metal (http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/Mimetic_polyalloy). The Hero's body and those of others from the nation are made of a liquid metal that reforms from any non-fatal hit (they take damage anyway, it just looks cool and could possibly affect the enemy's morale). With this power, he (and others with it) can disguise themselves as any object or person so long as they don't exceed their mass. They can also make parts of their bodies into simple weapons (no moving parts and no chemicals).Being made of a liquid metal, this power makes the person more resistant to weapons and physical damage.
Country: Fero.
Country Description:

Economic Sector - A large city in the center of the country.
Food Sector - A rural area surrounding the city.
Other Sector - A mountainous region filled with many caverns and natural resources.
Military Sector - An area surrounding the city and the rural area, it is defined by many guilds, bases, and small towns for the soldiers to live in.

My first 5 people will be named T-1001, T-1002, etc. and one is T-1000000 (http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/T-1000000). I will put T-1001 and T-1000000 in the Military Sector, T-1002 and T-1003 in the Food Sector, and T-1004 in the Economic Sector. These 5, and other people, have the same powers as the Hero and differ only in appearance and skill; T-1001 through T-1004 are humanoid and T-1000000 is shaped like a gigantic spider. T-1000000 cannot replicate people though it can make any of its 8 legs into a weapon. T-1000000 is a bit bigger than a tank and is stronger than the others due to the size.

Character Name: Emperor 0mni
Battle Power: Aura of Charisma and Growth: Grants all of his soldiers, heroes and mercenaries a huge morale boost if he takes place in the battle. Affects the Morale Meter in a positive manner for his troops, though the effect is greater when his troops are defending.
0mni also gains a heightened experience increase from both battles and training. His fellow kinsmen possess this ability as well so they grow at faster rates.

Country: Validia
Military Sector: A sprawling castle built into the mountainside that is neigh impregnable to the inexperienced commander. Barracks and Workshops of all kinds can be found here for the desirable troop assemblage. There is also a granary of sorts should the country come to a siege and caverns built into the mountainside for the townspeople to take refuge in while the battle commences.
Food Sector: Running down and around the backside of the mountain and past the tall gates of the castle lies a river and lush, fertile plains where crop development and farmers reside accordingly. Many different crops are grown here but the local favorite are the hops for when a merry event is to be had.
Economic Sector: Many traders hustle and bustle within the first set of castle walls where it is much safer that being out in the plains. Caravans undergo a routine check at the gate before being allowed to pass through to ensure no rouges or assassins may be trying to make their way in. The government has some say over what the value of things are but for the most part they sit back and let the merchants create their own commerce.
Other Sector: Abandoned mines that go deep into the cave from long ago...you get the idea.

Hero: Codename: Assassin Zeus
He is the leader of an assassin order known as "The Olympians". His intelligence in battle is matched only by his strength. He recruits only the loyalist and strongest assassins he can find (if they aren't assassins, he'l make them assassins) and effortlessly commands them in assassination missions and battles. Many know him as the "Black Lightning" given his abilities and codename.


Power: Shadow Manipulation
The user can turn into a shadow to sneak around and move faster and more effectively and turn existing shadows into mostly physical objects and manipulate them. In addition, if the user takes control of another persons shadow and makes it come out of the surface its on, then whatever happens to the shadow happens to the person the shadow belongs to.
Weapon: A mix of daggers and shuriken. (If possible, if not just daggers)

Country: Olympus

Military Sector: Consist mostly of assassins and the bases where they plan out assassinations.

Economic Sector: A large section of the city mostly dedicated to trading with caravans and keeping the economy in a balanced state. Those who wish to enter beyond the walls of Olympus to trade must first go through the process of having their caravan checked for anything that might lead the guards to believe that they are an enemy ambush party.

Food Sector: Mostly consist of farms and rivers. Also has a facility primarily aimed towards edible animal reproduction. BBQ night everyday

Other Sector: A large fortress in the middle of the town used to keep the country running smoothly and efficiently.

The entire country of Olympus also stands atop a great mountain surrounded by smaller mountains and is guarded by huge stone walls around its borders.

Lets see, for my first 4, they'l be called:

I'l have myself in the Military Sector, Hera, Demeter, Hermes and Poseidon in the Food Sector and Ares in the Economic Sector.

Name: Grimfang the wise
Weapon: Twin blades melded into his forearms just below his wrists. When he changes form they also take on a characteristic upon the creature.
Country: Ensolokros

Power: Shapeshifting
The use can change form at will, including melding objects, which can be held, into the body and detach them again when they choose. "Grimfang" can choose any form his mind can create, but is limited by his own energy while in that form. Food will give 25% more energy in normal form.
-Larger forms will decrease energy by 10% per turn, but double food requirement. This is countered by the power which comes in these forms.
-Smaller forms will decrease energy by 5% per turn and half food requirement. However in this form he is more vulnerable to damage if attacked unless his form is fast enough to dodge.

All subjects are able to do this to a limited degree, which depending on their capabilities puts them in the farming or military. For example, Peaceful Inaminmorphi (those who have greater ability melding with objects) use this ability to create more sophisticated methods of farming or meld the impuritees of found gold and seperate them into their individual elements, while animorphs work best as fast attack military units, or drakes and other mythical beasts if they are skilled enough for more powerful attacks.

Food Sector: The Eternal Plains:
A lush, fertile plain with various rivers. Farms are frequently seen along the banks and detailed irrigation systems are clear. To the north-east is a vast forest which is used for hunting, with the outskirts of there have the ranches where animals are trained and crossbred to discover new creatures.

Economic Sector: Ensyris:
A large city rests on a plateau of an immense hill, heavilly guarded by four layers of stone walls bulked up on the insides with thick steel, one mile apart each. The city is layed out with the largest buildings at the centre with the buildings reducing in size on each layer.

The streets are bustling and banter is heard on every street corner. The government relies on the multiplier effect and grimfang himself is frequently seen donating money to the poor, and encourages housing in exchange for a set number of hours of work in the public sector, meaning none are poor. Caravans are contained within the outermost wall and frequently markets and festivals are held for the private dealers and Nomads. Caravans working for the public sector and the royal familly however are allowed into the centre of the city where the palace is held, a mighty structure of dark gold encrusted with lapis lazuli. It is clear that this city is built for its splendor but also to defend against its enemies.

Great roads stretch from there through the eternal plains and into other surrounding nations who requested it.

Military Sector:
Aside from the Ensyrian guards (animorphs who have the ability to take mythical forms) who reside in the headquarters of the army, of which are within the third layer of the great city, the core inaminmorphs divison of the military are scattered among the fortresses which can be found on the borders of the empires and near to major roads, towns and cities. The animorphs however have no stations, but rather are nomadic and travel the plains, both as a patrol and also for training of survival techniques in the wild. The most daring or brave of these enter deep into the forest or enter into the ezyrn mountains to the east, seeking greater strength.

Other Sector: Ezyrn Mountains:
Immense pinacles which pierce the heavens which guard the west side of the empire. They are known and feared by all who live around the world. Living out there is dangerous but profoundly rewarding, as there are as many resources there as there are dangers and vicious creatures and demons, which frequently attempt to enter the plains to devour all they see. Nobody knows what horrors may exist in the centre of the mountain range, but its howls can be heard for miles away...

Hero: Illu Luna, Male

Power: The ability to speak with any weapon he's holding while sleeping, and unlock its true power. Anything made specifically as a weapon can be spoken to.
This power has two stages.
Stage one: Contract phase. He makes a deal with the weapon which he must fulfill. He gets its level one power during the contract.
Stage two: Fulfilled phase. Upon fulfilling said contract, he gains its secondary power.
The power from the weapon he unlocks is completely random. It doesn't have to follow his country's pattern.

Fighting style:
He uses his legs to attack, primarily. He's trained his legs to have ki-blocking ability, nullifying any attack-based trait that his opponent employs. If they have no trait, it simply causes his opponent to get knocked backward easier.
His arms are also very powerful, however he doesn't use them in battle. He may use them to clear obstructions, like boulders in the way.
If he wears gauntlets or greaves, these powers disappear. He has limited skill with weapons, but instead is supposed to use their powers as his own.

Weapon powers types:
Summon - Phase 2 only. Can summon a beast trapped inside his weapon, using it to fight on his side. Its size is dependent on its level, and what type of weapon it is.
Legendary Blade - Phase 1 only. The weapon is unbreakable through any means. Its damage output remains the same, but it can't be broken. (This means that he'll have to complete its contract before using its actual powers, since he's not a real swordsman)
Elemental - Phase 1. The weapon turns into a physical form of its element, dealing elemental damage when attacking with it. It can fire the element and increase in size based on its level.
Elemental - Phase 2. The weapon combines with Illu, allowing him to turn into an element. Note that he isn't well-trained in this form, so he can be hit by normal attacks if he's not fast enough to turn into his element in time. If he sustains too much damage, he'll turn back to normal and his weapon will break. Can only be upgraded from a phase 1 elemental.
Beast - Phase 2 only. Can turn into a half-beast form, increasing damage output. The beast is random.
Non-elemental: This is a wide category for other power types. It is for powers that do not fall under other categories. It can be in phase 1 or 2, or both. However, if it is upgraded from phase 1 to 2, it will simply unlock a new version of his own power. For example, the ability to fire beams that slow time will change to him altering time in the area immediately around him. He can still use the first ability, but he unlocks a second one to do with the first one.

He can wield up to 2 weapons at the same time of any type, but can stockpile weapons as desired.

Sealing powers:
At a high level, he can completely seal the soul of any weapon. This practically means that a sword will no longer cut, and an arrow will no longer pierce.

Country name: Crescent, a country filled with those who can access the power of their souls and those around them. Its government is very new, and consists of a 'might makes right' mentality. That is, those that who have the greatest strength are seen as the most fit ruler. Illu marched in and defeated the former Hero, killing him and declaring himself King. Originally, they believed him to be a tyrant, but upon learning his power as the 'soul' type, they immediately accepted him.

Economic Sector: His country is lacking in wealth, and Illu believes that it's not quite necessary... until his people began to revolt. He immediately reformed his ideas of this, and started to develop it. It's very decentralized, but he's willing to place his own men in the sector to shake things up.

Food Sector: Their food sector wasn't well-developed either. However, apparently, the previous king stockpiled his own food, hurting everyone else. Illu decided to take the fruits and such, extracting seeds for planting. As such, several plantations have been developed with many exotic fruits. The small amount of grain that existed has been further developed, and he began to place people there to work.

Other areas: His country is almost completely surrounded by a river that splits around it. Toward the south, there is a cliff overlooking a small lake, said to house spirits. A waterfalls flows into it, creating the rivers that flow around his country. Toward the north, there is an enormous graveyard with several underground passages. In the west, there's a forest with powerful beasts. They won't leave the forest unless their ornament is taken, in which case they'll hunt down whoever took it... but no one would be dumb enough to do that, right?...right? In the east, there exist a land of pitfalls. They were used in war, until it was found that they lead to an underground cavern, and the remnants of their armies launched a secret attack on the capital. The caverns have been completely sealed off, but the pitfalls still remain. Could there be living things there?

Country name: Gallehus
Gallehus is a harsh country in terms of weather, with long winters and a short but fast growing summer season. As a result its people have adapted to the hars environment, are all extremely fit and those who are weakest are often left to die in the cold (almost spartan like).
There are many iron, coal and copper mines in the hills and mountains that dominate the tundra landscape to the south, while plains with some grassland and the mighty river Tyin that provides a source of fish all year round.

Economic sector: Mainly located in the capital city of Luster, Trade is mostly in precious metals, tools and clothing, though there is a slowly growing industry for the arts. The economy, especially food prices, are watches closely by the Grand Council, because everyone knows that high food prices cause revolt.

Food Sector: Grain is mostly grown along the plains of the river Tyin in the north, the short summer growing season means that good quality grain is often hard to come by, so the people usually rely on hunting animals in the forests of Bergen and Glavie to the east, as well as fishing from the rivers and lakes.

Other Areas: Gallehus is well known for its exceptional metal-crafting, its inhabitants have often perfected new and more deadly weapons designs, the composition of which is kept a closely guarded secret. These alloys not only sell for incredibly high values, but they are also invaluable in battle, being able to survive extremes of weather and temperature, rust-resistance and incredible strength, making them near unbreakable. The industry is mostly based near the sources of the metals in the southern Sundsvall mountains and in the Capital city.

Other information: The people of Gallehus are well trained in battle from a young age, all posess animalistic rage and incredible strength, while still understanding the need for great planning and tactics in battle. Their generals are often war-heroes who are picked for their talents, and not for their political ideas. These factors combine to make the Gallehus army into what was described by one chronicler as "having your nation hit by a well timed, well placed and well organised landslide".

Hero: Vanir - A man with incredible strength, able to lift multiple trees with almost no effort. Similar to the hulk, can heal very quickly, almost infinite stamina. Weapon is an unbreakable sword, about 8 feet long. Also carries multiple axes that can be thrown up to 1000 yards with perfect accuracy. he is blessed by the gods and can create minor earth tremors, very effective against both men and animals, scaring horses away and terrifying men. Vanir stands 9.7 feet tall, very muscular build and covered in warpaint.
When fully in battle, Vanir is capable of taking on hundreds of enemy soldiers with ease.

Country name: Zokic
-Zokic is small country set on the island of Rowbar. It is built up more like one vast city state than lots of individual town's and villiages, which when linked with naval powers means it is powerful trade powe, however its natural resources are mostly that of food, stone and gold, meaning much of weaponary has to be traded in. It is also a highly rightous state moralistically, standing firmly for Human Rights and against actions such as slavery and human trafficing

Hero: Lord Fared-Son of the High Duke (ruler) of Zokic and man famed for his swordmanship, following years of honing his skills on the seas. Unshockingly his power is power over water, though he cannot create water, he can control water and even the elements which form it. His powers allow him to change it between its different forms (solid, lquiard and gas) as well fire it at poeple and fire up its most feared rages, causing storms, twisters and waves of destrating levels

Country Name: Aerosphesaeus
A Country governed by Merchants. Aero is a country that is well known for their fighting prowess. Not being a barbaric country but a strategically sufficient country Aero strikes down with a vengance. Aero is built on a mountainside with the back of Aero backed up to the mountain. The mountain serves as protection so enemys may only attack from the front.

Hero: Aerodeshieus
Weilding the power of the mighty earth Aerodeshius is known as the legendary warrior who defeated a dragon and created the mighty land of Aero. Aerodeshius has all control over the earth manipulating it as he pleases. His skills shine brightest though when he is weilding his whip. Also carries a mighty sword that he does not use much. Made of the best minerals man has to find it could either just be for show or no man has been worthy enough for it to be unsheathed.

Eye's of the god's: Aero's eyes sometimes glow having others to believe that he is something of a mythical being rather than a human. Aero's eyes are very sharp and are able to Predict enemy movements sometimes 3 moves ahead just by their stance and the way they lean their body.

Weapon: A whip that has the range of possibly an anaconda. The whips range has not been measured fully yet due to the seemingly fondness of Aerodeshius to it he will allow no one to weild it or know any of his whips true secrets.

Ability 2(whip continued): The whip straightens out. (should be obvious!!!)

Economic Sector: The economic sector is found one notch behind the beggining of the city. It lies just a small walk away from the pearly white gates. The economic sector is the mingling part of the country where information may be had.

Food Sector: the food sector is a open garden where the people grow their own food to ensure their is no shortage of food in th country. The garden is divided evenly into rows with blocks containing different kinds of food. The country mainly feasts on organic foods with the occasion of mats here and there. Meats are thought to be a delicacy in the country of Aero.

Military Sector: The military sector is divided up along the inner walls of Aero all the way to the mountainside. Aero is known for its superb military force and the punch it packs. The military boldly defend the walls with their lives and its very rare for an intruder to emerge past the front much less a sneak attack through the rear.

Country Name: The Wonderful World of Cockamamie
A country that was originally called Macamadamiea until the king was browsing the interwebs and his spellcheck came up with Cockamamie and he decided that it would be way cooler to be called that. The populace are a bunch of laid-back and good-natured folk who can grind bread like there is no tomorrow.

Hero: Commander Shane McJeffery the Third The One With The Hairy Chest
As head of the Macamadamiean army, Shane was the only one who really took the protection of the country seriously, and decided to find a source of power strong enough that the people of Macamadamiea could live in harmony harmony oh love~!... Anyway, so he found this totally rad power that drove him kinda loopy, at least this made him more fun to the country and people started supporting his army, if only to watch what craaaazy thing he does next.

Hero Ability: Roulette'da Rolletta.
Shane can get out a portable roulette wheel and spin to win. The enemy can bet a number of his troops on a spin of the Roulette wheel with Shane paying out any dividends out of his army should the enemy win.

Economic Sector: The Tank
A tank that was rebuilt to house all the money of the land, this casino rakes in the money like there is no tomorrow. Of course cause nobody really cares about the money, everyone gets paid for playing there, thus creating the perfect stable economy (don't tell the locals that it isn't, or they might not be so laid-back...)

Powers: Super squire. Basically a jack of all trades. allows him to draw power from other jobs. The job itself has some small abilities, such as throwing stones and tackling. The secondary abilities he can use are Punch arts, the abilities of a monk, (I can give a detailed list later) sunken state, from the ninja job, allowing him to turn invisible after getting hit with an attack, gained Job points up, from the super squire job, and from the bard job, the movement ability "Fly".

In the military sector, I have Agrias Oaks, with her holy knight job set (Which I can also explain if needed, I just want to get this up now.)

Supernatural ability: Voraciousness Yoshimorphism and Rapid Reproduction -- all members of his nation are Yoshidrones, a Yoshidrone is a Yoshi that mindlessly follows the orders of Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry.) Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry) himself cannot become a Yoshidrone. All Yoshi(plural), including Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also hungry, but not plural) have the ability to devour the body of their enemy entirely once the antecedented[coined it >3>] enemy has been weakened. The Yoshidrone will then be able to reproduce another Yoshidrone instantly.

Innate Yoshi abilities: Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry) has great athletic prowess, is a splendid marksman(with eggs), has the abilitity to breathe fire, sprout wings and fly, and of course can spread love(should he feel like it.) He is green and therefore the best Yoshi because green. Yoshidrones cannot be green and ergo only have a fraction his power. Red Yoshidrones can breathe fire. Blue Yoshidrones can sprout wings and fly. Purple Yoshidrones have great sharpshooting abilities(provided it's using an egg.) It should be noted that Yoshi eggs pack one hell of a punch, as they have been known to instantly knock out flying midgets. Yellow Yoshidrones have greath athletic ability, and can even flutter jump and groundpound. Pink Yoshidrones can spread love. Yoshidrones can only reproduce Yoshidrones of the same color.

Equipment: Purple Yoshidrone and Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry and not purple) are all equiped with an infinite amount of Yoshi eggs. Don't like it? Shut the hell up and enjoy your ACTUAL weapons, jerk. You have the nerve to take OUR eggs away when we don't even have the perspicacity or mental acuity to use hand guns? I should eat you.

Purple eggs can poison their target. It takes 1 purple egg to posion one target, initially. The poisoning lasts 4 turns. After a target has been poisoned, his or her tolerance starts to build up. The target's tolerance is decided by n times said target has been poisoned. Meaning, if the target has been poisoned once before, their tolerance = 1, and it will take one egg to get rid of that tolerance. A target can only be poisoned if they are hit with an egg when they are at zero tolerance. For the graphically inclined:

Red eggs BURN LIKE HEEEEEELL. The more red eggs that are applied to the same target the more they hurt. For example, the first red egg does .5x damage. The second does x. The third does 1.5x. I will allow Zairak to decide what x is. 5 turns after being hit with the first red egg, the damage done by the very next egg will revert back to .5x, and continue the previous pattern.
Blue eggs cause their target to fall asleep. Every time a target is hit with a blue egg, they acquire one sleep counter. Once that sleep counter reaches 3, the target falls asleep. Before falling asleep, the target will lose one counter every 3 turns, and if they fall asleep, that counter reverts to zero. Please note that this means the target does not have to fall asleep via the eggs to reset the counter. However, they do have to sleep for a minimum of one WHOLE turn, and NO NAPPING GOD DAMN IT. FULL SLUMBER.
Yellow eggs cause paralysis. 1 yellow egg within 5 turns = slowed movement for a turn. 2 yellows within 5 turns = severe loss of coordination for a turn. 3 yellow eggs within 5 turns = immobilization of one body part for a turn. 4 yellows eggs withing 5 turns = complete immobilization for a turn.
Pink eggs cause a general sense of wellbeing. However, a single pink egg will cause a target to feel morally confused if they have slain someone or something, and their abilities in everything they do will decrease.
Green eggs and ham are god damned green. What?

Secondary Heroes: Yoshi Red, Yoshi Blue, Yoshi Yellow, Yoshi Purple, and Yoshi Pink. They are high ranking Yoshidrones that are heroes in appellation only(should the Hero die, they do not take his place.) The first four gained their ranks by defeating and devouring the renegade criminal mastermind, Yoshi Black, who they located once Yoshi Pink used THE POWER OF LOVE to convert Black's partner, the once ambigious Yoshi Gray, to a happy citizen that gladly revealed Black's whereabouts. Yoshi Gray later got trapped in a forum game that will never end. Life is funny when you're gray. Aside from that, they are no different from your average Yoshidrone Joe.

Military sector: Various repetitive tiny undetailed castles scattered across the equally repetetive forest that are usually stationed and patroled by Yoshi Red and Yoshi Purple, but atm is only being attended to by Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry and underated).It should be noted that the forest is covered with pitfalls that lead to... the center of the earth. I don't know, go find out yourself.

Economic sector: The most productive and diverse sector in all of Nintendopolis, Yoshi Red is often found here during peacetime for demolition purpose, and Yoshi Yellow and Yoshi Blue are often here for manual labor and construction. But, what puts this sector on the map(Zairak go put this sector on the map) is the fact that it is pipe center of the continent. Yes, you read that correctly. Scattered along the continent are various giant pipes that are used for speedy travel from country to country and sector to sector (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHhYLJMi7CE#t=2m38s). These pipes originated in and are regulated by Nintendopolis. It costs 200 gold for Nintedopolians to use them and 500 gold for other countries to use them. They can take you anywhere, but please know that you are not guaranteed a round trip. It takes 2 turns to use the pipes, one turn to get the permission of Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry), and one turn for consented travel. He has teh right to forbid travel during wartime.

The ability to speak with any weapon he's holding while sleeping, and unlock its true power. Anything made specifically as a weapon can be spoken to.

This power has two stages.

Stage one: Contract phase. He makes a deal with the weapon which he must fulfill. He gets its level one power during the contract.

Stage two: Fulfilled phase. Upon fulfilling said contract, he gains its secondary power.
The power from the weapon he unlocks is completely random. It doesn't have to follow his country's pattern.

Fighting style:
He uses his legs to attack, primarily. He's trained his legs to have ki-blocking ability, nullifying any attack-based trait that his opponent employs. If they have no trait, it simply causes his opponent to get knocked backward easier.
His arms are also very powerful, however he doesn't use them in battle. He may use them to clear obstructions, like boulders in the way.

If he wears gauntlets or greaves, these powers disappear. He has limited skill with weapons, but instead is supposed to use their powers as his own.

Sealing powers:
At a high level, he can completely seal the soul of any weapon. This practically means that a sword will no longer cut, and an arrow will no longer pierce.

Weapon powers types:
Summon - Phase 2 only. Can summon a beast trapped inside his weapon, using it to fight on his side. Its size is dependent on its level, and what type of weapon it is.
Legendary Blade - Phase 1 only. The weapon is unbreakable through any means. Its damage output remains the same, but it can't be broken. (This means that he'll have to complete its contract before using its actual powers, since he's not a real swordsman)
Elemental - Phase 1. The weapon turns into a physical form of its element, dealing elemental damage when attacking with it. It can fire the element and increase in size based on its level.
Elemental - Phase 2. The weapon combines with Illu, allowing him to turn into an element. Note that he isn't well-trained in this form, so he can be hit by normal attacks if he's not fast enough to turn into his element in time. If he sustains too much damage, he'll turn back to normal and his weapon will break. Can only be upgraded from a phase 1 elemental.
Beast - Phase 2 only. Can turn into a half-beast form, increasing damage output. The beast is random.
Non-elemental: This is a wide category for other power types. It is for powers that do not fall under other categories. It can be in phase 1 or 2, or both. However, if it is upgraded from phase 1 to 2, it will simply unlock a new version of his own power. For example, the ability to fire beams that slow time will change to him altering time in the area immediately around him. He can still use the first ability, but he unlocks a second one to do with the first one.

He can wield up to 2 weapons at the same time of any type, but can stockpile weapons as desired.

She would make sure that no plants can die, thus increasing food production. She delivers a small boost to healing for everyone in the country. When used in battle, she's able to cut damage in half for everyone on my side of the battle each turn.
When fighting physically, she uses her open palms to deal damage to an enemy's soul. This increases the strain on their body, and throws off their powers' use.

He has the ability to make a bond with anything's soul, and pull strength from that bond. The power's strength depends on the number of bonds and intensity of the bond. The type of bond (hate, love, friendship, rivalry) determines the form.
Bonds of hate are typically first fiery, then chilling, then dark.
Love is first fiery, then bright, then pure power.
Friendship is first a weak bond. It starts as the power to control flowers/grass/shrubbery. Then, trees and other larger plantlife. Then it allows him to summon these things.
Rivalry is a strong bond, because it has much higher capability than other ones. It delivers power to both recipients, rather than just him. It takes many different forms.
Typically, he'll gain a lesser form of the other person's power, while buffing the other person's power.

Additionally, remember that players can choose the Sectors their original 5 subjects have, as well as names and more specific powers as defined by the Hero of that country's powers. Hero has to be in the Military Sector, however.

Finally, remember that you can choose the terrain for your individual countries. This Round will be on a single landmass with all countries next to each other. How you describe your country's terrain will be incorporated into the Map for this Round.

Purple eggs can poison their target. It takes 1 purple egg to posion one target, initially. The poisoning lasts 4 turns. After a target has been poisoned, his or her tolerance starts to build up. The target's tolerance is decided by n times said target has been poisoned. Meaning, if the target has been poisoned once before, their tolerance = 1, and it will take one egg to get rid of that tolerance. A target can only be poisoned if they are hit with an egg when they are at zero tolerance. For the graphically inclined:

Red eggs BURN LIKE HEEEEEELL. The more red eggs that are applied to the same target the more they hurt. For example, the first red egg does .5x damage. The second does x. X is equal to 4. The third does 1.5x. 5 turns after being hit with the first red egg, the damage done by the very next egg will revert back to .5x, and continue the previous pattern.
Blue eggs cause their target to fall asleep. Every time a target is hit with a blue egg, they acquire one sleep counter. Once that sleep counter reaches 3, the target falls asleep. Before falling asleep, the target will lose one counter every 3 turns, and if they fall asleep, that counter reverts to zero. Please note that this means the target does not have to fall asleep via the eggs to reset the counter. However, they do have to sleep for a minimum of one WHOLE turn, and NO NAPPING GOD DAMN IT. FULL SLUMBER.
Yellow eggs cause paralysis. 1 yellow egg within 5 turns = slowed movement for a turn. 2 yellows within 5 turns = severe loss of coordination for a turn. 3 yellow eggs within 5 turns = immobilization of one body part for a turn. 4 yellows eggs withing 5 turns = complete immobilization for a turn.
Pink eggs cause a general sense of wellbeing. However, a single pink egg will cause a target to feel morally confused if they have slain someone or something, and their abilities in everything they do will decrease.
Green eggs and ham are god damned green. What?

Scattered along the continent are various giant pipes that are used for speedy travel from country to country and sector to sector. These pipes originated in and are regulated by Nintendopolis. It costs 200 gold for Nintedopolians to use them and 500 gold for other countries to use them. They can take you anywhere, but please know that you are not guaranteed a round trip. It takes 2 turns to use the pipes, one turn to get the permission of Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry), and one turn for consented travel. He has teh right to forbid travel during wartime.

Power: Liquid Metal (http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/Mimetic_polyalloy). The Hero's body and those of others from the nation are made of a liquid metal that reforms from any non-fatal hit (they take damage anyway, it just looks cool and could possibly affect the enemy's morale). With this power, he (and others with it) can disguise themselves as any object or person so long as they don't exceed their mass. They can also make parts of their bodies into simple weapons (no moving parts and no chemicals).Being made of a liquid metal, this power makes the person more resistant to weapons and physical damage.
Country: Fero.
Country Description:Economic Sector - A large city in the center of the country.
Food Sector - A rural area surrounding the city.
Other Sector - A mountainous region filled with many caverns and natural resources.
Military Sector - An area surrounding the city and the rural area, it is defined by many guilds, bases, and small towns for the soldiers to live in.
My first 5 people will be named T-1001, T-1002, etc. an one is T-1000000 (http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/T-1000000). I will put T-1001 and T-1000000 in the Military Sector, T-1002 and T-1003 in the Food Sector, and T-1004 in the Economic Sector. These 5, and other people, have the same powers as the Hero and differ only in appearance and skill; T-1001 through T-1004 are humanoid and T-1000000 is shaped like a gigantic spider. T-1000000 cannot replicate people though it can make any of its 8 legs into a weapon. T-1000000 is a bit bigger than a tank and is stronger than the others due to the size.

I'll have T-1001 and 1002 in the economic sector and the others in the food, the hero will be in the other sector in search of a master.

Battle Power: Aura of Charisma and Growth; Grants all of his soldiers, heroes and mercenaries a huge morale boost if he takes place in the battle. Affects the Morale Meter in a positive manner for his troops, though the effect is greater when his troops are defending.
0mni also gains a heightened experience increase from both battles and training. His fellow kinsmen possess this ability as well so they grow at faster rates.

Country: Validia
Military Sector: A sprawling castle built into the mountainside that is neigh impregnable to the inexperienced commander. Barracks and Workshops of all kinds can be found here for the desirable troop assemblage. There is also a granary of sorts should the country come to a siege and caverns built into the mountainside for the townspeople to take refuge in while the battle commences.
Food Sector:Running down and around the backside of the mountain and past the tall gates of the castle lies a river and lush, fertile plains where crop development and farmers reside accordingly. Many different crops are grown here but the local favorite are the hops for when a merry event is to be had.
Economic Sector:Many traders hustle and bustle within the first set of castle walls where it is much safer that being out in the plains. Caravans undergo a routine check at the gate before being allowed to pass through to ensure no rouges or assassins may be trying to make their way in. The government has some say over what the value of things are but for the most part they sit back and let the merchants create their own commerce.
Other Sector:Abandoned mines that go deep into the cave from long ago...you get the idea.

Hero: Codename: Assassin Zeus
He is the leader of an assassin order known as "The Olympians". His intelligence in battle is matched only by his strength. He recruits only the loyalist and strongest assassins he can find (if they aren't assassins, he'l make them assassins) and effortlessly commands them in assassination missions and battles. Many know him as the "Black Lightning" given his abilities and codename.


Power: Shadow Manipulation
The user can turn into a shadow to sneak around and move faster and more effectively and turn existing shadows into mostly physical objects and manipulate them. In addition, if the user takes control of another persons shadow and makes it come out of the surface its on, then whatever happens to the shadow happens to the person the shadow belongs to.
Weapon: A mix of daggers and shuriken. (If possible, if not just daggers)

Country: Olympus

Military Sector: Consist mostly of assassins and the bases where they plan out assassinations.

Economic Sector: A large section of the city mostly dedicated to trading with caravans and keeping the economy in a balanced state. Those who wish to enter beyond the walls of Olympus to trade must first go through the process of having their caravan checked for anything that might lead the guards to believe that they are an enemy ambush party.

Food Sector: Mostly consist of farms and rivers. Also has a facility primarily aimed towards edible animal reproduction. BBQ night everyday ::3:

Other Sector: A large fortress in the middle of the town used to keep the country running smoothly and efficiently.

The entire country of Olympus also stands atop a great mountain surrounded by smaller mountains and is guarded by huge stone walls around its borders.

Weapon: Twin blades melded into his forearms just below his wrists. When he changes form they also take on a characteristic upon the creature.

Power: Shapeshifting
The use can change form at will, including melding objects, which can be held, into the body and detach them again when they choose. "Grimfang" can choose any form his mind can create, but is limited by his own energy while in that form. Food will give 25% more energy in normal form.
-Larger forms will decrease energy by 10% per turn, but double food requirement. This is countered by the power which comes in these forms.
-Smaller forms will decrease energy by 5% per turn and half food requirement. However in this form he is more vulnerable to damage if attacked unless his form is fast enough to dodge.

All subjects are able to do this to a limited degree, which depending on their capabilities puts them in the farming or military. For example, Peaceful Inaminmorphi (those who have greater ability melding with objects) use this ability to create more sophisticated methods of farming or meld the impuritees of found gold and seperate them into their individual elements, while animorphs work best as fast attack military units, or drakes and other mythical beasts if they are skilled enough for more powerful attacks.

A lush, fertile plain with various rivers. Farms are frequently seen along the banks and detailed irrigation systems are clear. To the north-east is a vast forest which is used for hunting, with the outskirts of there have the ranches where animals are trained and crossbred to discover new creatures.
A large city rests on a plateau of an immense hill, heavilly guarded by four layers of stone walls bulked up on the insides with thick steel, one mile apart each. The city is layed out with the largest buildings at the centre with the buildings reducing in size on each layer.
The streets are bustling and banter is heard on every street corner. The government relies on the multiplier effect and grimfang himself is frequently seen donating money to the poor, and encourages housing in exchange for a set number of hours of work in the public sector, meaning none are poor. Caravans are contained within the outermost wall and frequently markets and festivals are held for the private dealers and Nomads. Caravans working for the public sector and the royal familly however are allowed into the centre of the city where the palace is held, a mighty structure of dark gold encrusted with lapis lazuli. It is clear that this city is built for its splendor but also to defend against its enemies.
Great roads stretch from there through the eternal plains and into other surrounding nations who requested it.
Aside from the Ensyrian guards (animorphs who have the ability to take mythical forms) who reside in the headquarters of the army, of which are within the third layer of the great city, the core inaminmorphs divison of the military are scattered among the fortresses which can be found on the borders of the empires and near to major roads, towns and cities. The animorphs however have no stations, but rather are nomadic and travel the plains, both as a patrol and also for training of survival techniques in the wild. The most daring or brave of these enter deep into the forest or enter into the ezyrn mountains to the east, seeking greater strength.
Immense pinacles which pierce the heavens which guard the west side of the empire. They are known and feared by all who live around the world. Living out there is dangerous but profoundly rewarding, as there are as many resources there as there are dangers and vicious creatures and demons, which frequently attempt to enter the plains to devour all they see. Nobody knows what horrors may exist in the centre of the mountain range, but its howls can be heard for miles away...

Hero:
Illu Luna, Male
Power: The ability to speak with any weapon he's holding while sleeping, and unlock its true power. Anything made specifically as a weapon can be spoken to.
This power has two stages.
Stage one: Contract phase. He makes a deal with the weapon which he must fulfill. He gets its level one power during the contract.
Stage two: Fulfilled phase. Upon fulfilling said contract, he gains its secondary power.
The power from the weapon he unlocks is completely random. It doesn't have to follow his country's pattern.
Fighting style:
He uses his legs to attack, primarily. He's trained his legs to have ki-blocking ability, nullifying any attack-based trait that his opponent employs. If they have no trait, it simply causes his opponent to get knocked backward easier.
His arms are also very powerful, however he doesn't use them in battle. He may use them to clear obstructions, like boulders in the way.
If he wears gauntlets or greaves, these powers disappear. He has limited skill with weapons, but instead is supposed to use their powers as his own.

Weapon powers types:
Summon - Phase 2 only. Can summon a beast trapped inside his weapon, using it to fight on his side. Its size is dependent on its level, and what type of weapon it is.
Legendary Blade - Phase 1 only. The weapon is unbreakable through any means. Its damage output remains the same, but it can't be broken. (This means that he'll have to complete its contract before using its actual powers, since he's not a real swordsman)
Elemental - Phase 1. The weapon turns into a physical form of its element, dealing elemental damage when attacking with it. It can fire the element and increase in size based on its level.
Elemental - Phase 2. The weapon combines with Illu, allowing him to turn into an element. Note that he isn't well-trained in this form, so he can be hit by normal attacks if he's not fast enough to turn into his element in time. If he sustains too much damage, he'll turn back to normal and his weapon will break. Can only be upgraded from a phase 1 elemental.
Beast - Phase 2 only. Can turn into a half-beast form, increasing damage output. The beast is random.
Non-elemental: This is a wide category for other power types. It is for powers that do not fall under other categories. It can be in phase 1 or 2, or both. However, if it is upgraded from phase 1 to 2, it will simply unlock a new version of his own power. For example, the ability to fire beams that slow time will change to him altering time in the area immediately around him. He can still use the first ability, but he unlocks a second one to do with the first one.

He can wield up to 2 weapons at the same time of any type, but can stockpile weapons as desired.

Sealing powers:
At a high level, he can completely seal the soul of any weapon. This practically means that a sword will no longer cut, and an arrow will no longer pierce.

Country name: Crescent, a country filled with those who can access the power of their souls and those around them. Its government is very new, and consists of a 'might makes right' mentality. That is, those that who have the greatest strength are seen as the most fit ruler. Illu marched in and defeated the former Hero, killing him and declaring himself King. Originally, they believed him to be a tyrant, but upon learning his power as the 'soul' type, they immediately accepted him.
Economic Sector: His country is lacking in wealth, and Illu believes that it's not quite necessary... until his people began to revolt. He immediately reformed his ideas of this, and started to develop it. It's very decentralized, but he's willing to place his own men in the sector to shake things up.
Food Sector: Their food sector wasn't well-developed either. However, apparently, the previous king stockpiled his own food, hurting everyone else. Illu decided to take the fruits and such, extracting seeds for planting. As such, several plantations have been developed with many exotic fruits. The small amount of grain that existed has been further developed, and he began to place people there to work.
Other areas: His country is almost completely surrounded by a river that splits around it. Toward the south, there is a cliff overlooking a small lake, said to house spirits. A waterfalls flows into it, creating the rivers that flow around his country. Toward the north, there is an enormous graveyard with several underground passages. In the west, there's a forest with powerful beasts. They won't leave the forest unless their ornament is taken, in which case they'll hunt down whoever took it... but no one would be dumb enough to do that, right?...right? In the east, there exist a land of pitfalls. They were used in war, until it was found that they lead to an underground cavern, and the remnants of their armies launched a secret attack on the capital. The caverns have been completely sealed off, but the pitfalls still remain. Could there be living things there?

Country name: Gallehus
Gallehus is a harsh country in terms of weather, with long winters and a short but fast growing summer season. As a result its people have adapted to the hars environment, are all extremely fit and those who are weakest are often left to die in the cold (almost spartan like).
There are many iron, coal and copper mines in the hills and mountains that dominate the tundra landscape to the south, while plains with some grassland and the mighty river Tyin that provides a source of fish all year round.

Economic sector: Mainly located in the capital city of Luster, Trade is mostly in precious metals, tools and clothing, though there is a slowly growing industry for the arts. The economy, especially food prices, are watches closely by the Grand Council, because everyone knows that high food prices cause revolt.

Food Sector: Grain is mostly grown along the plains of the river Tyin in the north, the short summer growing season means that good quality grain is often hard to come by, so the people usually rely on hunting animals in the forests of Bergen and Glavie to the east, as well as fishing from the rivers and lakes.

Other Areas: Gallehus is well known for its exceptional metal-crafting, its inhabitants have often perfected new and more deadly weapons designs, the composition of which is kept a closely guarded secret. These alloys not only sell for incredibly high values, but they are also invaluable in battle, being able to survive extremes of weather and temperature, rust-resistance and incredible strength, making them near unbreakable. The industry is mostly based near the sources of the metals in the southern Sundsvall mountains and in the Capital city.

Other information: The people of Gallehus are well trained in battle from a young age, all posess animalistic rage and incredible strength, while still understanding the need for great planning and tactics in battle. Their generals are often war-heroes who are picked for their talents, and not for their political ideas. These factors combine to make the Gallehus army into what was described by one chronicler as "having your nation hit by a well timed, well placed and well organised landslide".

Hero: Vanir - A man with incredible strength, able to lift multiple trees with almost no effort. Similar to the hulk, can heal very quickly, almost infinite stamina. Weapon is an unbreakable sword, about 8 feet long. Also carries multiple axes that can be thrown up to 1000 yards with perfect accuracy. he is blessed by the gods and can create minor earth tremors, very effective against both men and animals, scaring horses away and terrifying men. Vanir stands 9.7 feet tall, very muscular build and covered in warpaint.
When fully in battle, Vanir is capable of taking on hundreds of enemy soldiers with ease.

-Zokic is small country set on the island of Rowbar. It is built up more like one vast city state than lots of individual town's and villiages, which when linked with naval powers means it is powerful trade powe, however its natural resources are mostly that of food, stone and gold, meaning much of weaponary has to be traded in. It is also a highly rightous state moralistically, standing firmly for Human Rights and against actions such as slavery and human trafficing

Economic sector: Rich and powerful, trade comes in, out and through the state all time, it works off a strong caplitial tax ethic, however its morals ban certain erronious forms of trade.

Food Sector: Due to lack of land, the Zokic people have hold strict reglutions over where and who can build, with lots of flush land zoned out specifically for farming, holding high yeilds.


Other Areas: Due to its wealth, Zokic is known for its love of crafting art and finery which sort after throughout the world

Other information: Though its warriors are not most famed the world has to offer, they are well trained and hold some of worlds finest sailors.

Hero: Lord Fared-Son of the High Duke (ruler) of Zokic and man famed for his swordmanship, following years of honing his skills on the seas. Unshockingly his power is power over water, though he cannot create water, he can control water and even the elements which form it. His powers allow him to change it between its different forms (solid, lquiard and gas) as well fire it at poeple and fire up its most feared rages, causing storms, twisters and waves of destrating levels

Economic sector: Rich and powerful, trade comes in, out and through the state all time, it works off a strong caplitial tax ethic, however its morals ban certain erronious forms of trade.

Food Sector: Due to lack of land, the Zokic people have hold strict reglutions over where and who can build, with lots of flush land zoned out specifically for farming, holding high yeilds.


Other Areas: Due to its wealth, Zokic is known for its love of crafting art and finery which sort after throughout the world

Other information: Though its warriors are not most famed the world has to offer, they are well trained and hold some of worlds finest sailors.

Hero: Lord Fared-Son of the High Duke (ruler) of Zokic and man famed for his swordmanship, following years of honing his skills on the seas. Unshockingly his power is power over water, though he cannot create water, he can control water and even the elements which form it. His powers allow him to change it between its different forms (solid, lquiard and gas) as well fire it at poeple and fire up its most feared rages, causing storms, twisters and waves of destrating levels

Country Name: Aerosphesaeus
A Country governed by Merchants. Aero is a country that is well known for their fighting prowess. Not being a barbaric country but a strategically sufficient country Aero strikes down with a vengance. Aero is built on a mountainside with the back of Aero backed up to the mountain. The mountain serves as protection so enemys may only attack from the front.

Hero: Aerodeshieus
Weilding the power of the mighty earth Aerodeshius is known as the legendary warrior who defeated a dragon and created the mighty land of Aero. Aerodeshius has all control over the earth manipulating it as he pleases. His skills shine brightest though when he is weilding his whip. Also carries a mighty sword that he does not use much. Made of the best minerals man has to find it could either just be for show or no man has been worthy enough for it to be unsheathed.

Eye's of the god's: Aero's eyes sometimes glow having others to believe that he is something of a mythical being rather than a human. Aero's eyes are very sharp and are able to Predict enemy movements sometimes 3 moves ahead just by their stance and the way they lean their body.

Weapon: A whip that has the range of possibly an anaconda. The whips range has not been measured fully yet due to the seemingly fondness of Aerodeshius to it he will allow no one to weild it or know any of his whips true secrets.
Ability 1(whip continued): The whip protrudes spikes all around it.
Ability 2(whip continued): The whip straightens out. (should be obvious!!!)

Economic Sector: The economic sector is found one notch behind the beggining of the city. It lies just a small walk away from the pearly white gates. The economic sector is the mingling part of the country where information may be had.

Food Sector: the food sector is a open garden where the people grow their own food to ensure their is no shortage of food in th country. The garden is divided evenly into rows with blocks containing different kinds of food. The country mainly feasts on organic foods with the occasion of mats here and there. Meats are thought to be a delicacy in the country of Aero.

Military Sector: The military sector is divided up along the inner walls of Aero all the way to the mountainside. Aero is known for its superb military force and the punch it packs. The military boldly defend the walls with their lives and its very rare for an intruder to emerge past the front much less a sneak attack through the rear.

A country that was originally called Macamadamiea until the king was browsing the interwebs and his spellcheck came up with Cockamamie and he decided that it would be way cooler to be called that. The populace are a bunch of laid-back and good-natured folk who can grind bread like there is no tomorrow.

Hero: Commander Shane McJeffery the Third The One With The Hairy Chest
As head of the Macamadamiean army, Shane was the only one who really took the protection of the country seriously, and decided to find a source of power strong enough that the people of Macamadamiea could live in harmony harmony oh love~!... Anyway, so he found this totally rad power that drove him kinda loopy, at least this made him more fun to the country and people started supporting his army, if only to watch what craaaazy thing he does next.

Hero Ability: Roulette'da Rolletta.
Shane can get out a portable roulette wheel and spin to win. The enemy can bet a number of his troops on a spin of the Roulette wheel with Shane paying out any dividends out of his army should the enemy win.

Economic Sector: The Tank
A tank that was rebuilt to house all the money of the land, this casino rakes in the money like there is no tomorrow. Of course cause nobody really cares about the money, everyone gets paid for playing there, thus creating the perfect stable economy (don't tell the locals that it isn't, or they might not be so laid-back...)

Food Sector: Wendy's McBurger Friday Kentucky Hut.

Yeah. I'm not giving a background for him.

powers: Super squire. Basically a jack of all trades. allows him to draw power from other jobs. The job itself has some small abilities, such as throwing stones and tackling. The secondary abilities he can use are Punch arts, the abilities of a monk, (I can give a detailed list later) sunken state, from the ninja job, allowing him to turn invisible after getting hit with an attack, gained Job points up, from the super squire job, and from the bard job, the movement ability "Fly".

In the military sector, I have Agrias Oaks, with her holy knight job set (Which I can also explain if needed, I just want to get this up now.)

In the economic sector, I'll put a calculator, with of course the calculator's job set. Named Dirk Hardpeck.

In food, I'll put a geomancer named Reef Studbody

and in the OTHER sector, I put a female thief named Meat Rockgroin.

I've changed my mind from a point and click adventure hero, actually. >_>

Hero: Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry)
Supernatural ability: Voraciousness Yoshimorphism and Rapid Reproduction -- all members of his nation are Yoshidrones, a Yoshidrone is a Yoshi that mindlessly follows the orders of Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry.) Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry) himself cannot become a Yoshidrone. All Yoshi(plural), including Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also hungry, but not plural) have the ability to devour the body of their enemy entirely once the antecedented[coined it >3>] enemy has been weakened. The Yoshidrone will then be able to reproduce another Yoshidrone instantly.

Innate Yoshi abilities: Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry) has great athletic prowess, is a splendid marksman(with eggs), has the abilitity to breathe fire, sprout wings and fly, and of course can spread love(should he feel like it.) He is green and therefore the best Yoshi because green. Yoshidrones cannot be green and ergo only have a fraction his power. Red Yoshidrones can breathe fire. Blue Yoshidrones can sprout wings and fly. Purple Yoshidrones have great sharpshooting abilities(provided it's using an egg.) It should be noted that Yoshi eggs pack one hell of a punch, as they have been known to instantly knock out flying midgets. Yellow Yoshidrones have greath athletic ability, and can even flutter jump and groundpound. Pink Yoshidrones can spread love. Yoshidrones can only reproduce Yoshidrones of the same color.

Equipment: Purple Yoshidrone and Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry and not purple) are all equiped with an infinite amount of Yoshi eggs. Don't like it? Shut the hell up and enjoy your ACTUAL weapons, jerk. You have the nerve to take OUR eggs away when we don't even have the perspicacity or mental acuity to use hand guns? I should eat you.

Purple eggs can poison their target. It takes 1 purple egg to posion one target, initially. The poisoning lasts 4 turns. After a target has been poisoned, his or her tolerance starts to build up. The target's tolerance is decided by n times said target has been poisoned. Meaning, if the target has been poisoned once before, their tolerance = 1, and it will take one egg to get rid of that tolerance. A target can only be poisoned if they are hit with an egg when they are at zero tolerance. For the graphically inclined:

And so on and so forth.
Red eggs BURN LIKE HEEEEEELL. The more red eggs that are applied to the same target the more they hurt. For example, the first red egg does .5x damage. The second does x. The third does 1.5x. I will allow Zairak to decide what x is. 5 turns after being hit with the first red egg, the damage done by the very next egg will revert back to .5x, and continue the previous pattern.
Blue eggs cause their target to fall asleep. Every time a target is hit with a blue egg, they acquire one sleep counter. Once that sleep counter reaches 3, the target falls asleep. Before falling asleep, the target will lose one counter every 3 turns, and if they fall asleep, that counter reverts to zero. Please note that this means the target does not have to fall asleep via the eggs to reset the counter. However, they do have to sleep for a minimum of one WHOLE turn, and NO NAPPING GOD DAMN IT. FULL SLUMBER.
Yellow eggs cause paralysis. 1 yellow egg within 5 turns = slowed movement for a turn. 2 yellows within 5 turns = severe loss of coordination for a turn. 3 yellow eggs within 5 turns = immobilization of one body part for a turn. 4 yellows eggs withing 5 turns = complete immobilization for a turn.
Pink eggs cause a general sense of wellbeing. However, a single pink egg will cause a target to feel morally confused if they have slain someone or something, and their abilities in everything they do will decrease.
Green eggs and ham are god damned green. What?


Country: Nintendopolis
Secondary Heroes: Yoshi Red, Yoshi Blue, Yoshi Yellow, Yoshi Purple, and Yoshi Pink. They are high ranking Yoshidrones that are heroes in appellation only(should the Hero die, they do not take his place.) The first four gained their ranks by defeating and devouring the renegade criminal mastermind, Yoshi Black, who they located once Yoshi Pink used THE POWER OF LOVE to convert Black's partner, the once ambigious Yoshi Gray, to a happy citizen that gladly revealed Black's whereabouts. Yoshi Gray later got trapped in a forum game that will never end. Life is funny when you're gray. Aside from that, they are no different from your average Yoshidrone Joe.

Military sector: Various repetitive tiny undetailed castles scattered across the equally repetetive forest that are usually stationed and patroled by Yoshi Red and Yoshi Purple, but atm is only being attended to by Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry and underated).It should be noted that the forest is covered with pitfalls that lead to... the center of the earth. I don't know, go find out yourself.

Economic sector: The most productive and diverse sector in all of Nintendopolis, Yoshi Red is often found here during peacetime for demolition purpose, and Yoshi Yellow and Yoshi Blue are often here for manual labor and construction. But, what puts this sector on the map(Zairak go put this sector on the map) is the fact that it is pipe center of the continent. Yes, you read that correctly. Scattered along the continent are various giant pipes that are used for speedy travel from country to country and sector to sector (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHhYLJMi7CE#t=2m38s). These pipes originated in and are regulated by Nintendopolis. It costs 200 gold for Nintedopolians to use them and 500 gold for other countries to use them. They can take you anywhere, but please know that you are not guaranteed a round trip. It takes 2 turns to use the pipes, one turn to get the permission of Yoshis The Great and Terrible(and also Hungry), and one turn for consented travel. He has teh right to forbid travel during wartime.

Food sector: The favorite sector of Yoshidrones. It is essentially one huge mess hall within a certain building in the economic sector. When Yoshi Purple he prepares delicious eggs from his infinite supply. When Yoshi Pink is about he sings with such splendor that even those who are't ejnoying their food feel instant euphoria.

Ignoring food thats 1 troop for every 5 economists. With a max of 33 people thats a max of 5 people in the military. adding food into the mix would mean you could only have like one person in your military sector. Then, taking into account how long it would take to reach a point which you can make a single person in the army and successfully attack, it will take at least a month of continuous gameplay without other things happening in your life, and at that point it will seem like you have hardly achieved anything.

I think you need to raise the cap for the amout of people in a country and increase the productivity of the economic sector. Perhaps, due to specialisation and division of labour, for every turn a person is in the economic sector, their productivity either doubles or increases by 100 a turn with a max of 500 per turn, while for every person in the sector productivity of each person increases by a fifth with a max capacity of 5 people per group? That means through labour and economic wealth improves, making it more realistic and easier as the game goes on.

On a related note, I think we need a diplomacy option. I dont mean just Alliances, but like being able to open borders, grant trade rights, military access, arranged marriages, ransoming, etc. This would make the game once more much more dynamic and interesting

For one thing, you already can earn more than 100 gold a turn in the economic sector. People with relevant powers can perform better in their given sector. How well depends on the power.

But, okay. I'll drop the upkeep per troop to 100 gold a turn. That should take care of the issue.

As for diplomacy, again, you already have that. It's called talking to each other. You decide who you will trade with. You decide who you allow to pass through your borders. You decide how much to ransom your captives for.

I will join both alliances and attack with each side where possable. All members will be given open borders, military acess and trade rights with my empire as well as my support if attacked. However, if one member of the opposing alliance attacks the other alliance, I shall side with the defender and break off support from the attackers.

This way I shall act as an instigator of peace in protecting myself and my allies, and shall deal justice where justice is fair. I also swear a solemn oath here that all information shared with me shall be kept confidential from any other alliance.


Aside from my viewpoint, I would like to request to zairak that if trade routes are opened and both sides of the agreement commit at least one person to the trading, then income for the trade per person should be 200-300, as both sides must agree and commit at least one person.

Alongside that commoditees like food or valuables produced or found in the other sectors can be sold to other countries for additional gold, bartered by the buyer andseller. Does this sound like a good idea?

There's already an option to sell your food and valuables found in dungeons, as you said in the last part of this.

I'm not making it where you can set people to trade and then just trade what amounts to nothing and gain money from it, as in the first part of your suggestion. It diminishes the interaction between players and makes it that much easier to not engage in real trading.

The Eye of the Gods thing you described isn't related to your earthbending power and is, in fact, very similar to one of the traits your Hero has to find a master to acquire. So, you can't start with it.

The gods are bored. Decades, centuries, eons have passed. And yet, for all the time they've had, humanity has yet to evolve into giant robots that would fight for the amusement of the gods. Many of them are wondering why they ever made these losers in the first place.

One day, Loki decides he's had enough of waiting. Looking down upon the earth, he picks a likely looking island. Chuckling to himself, he points downward and a ray of light shoots towards the southwest part of the island. After the ray hits and the light fades away, the people of that country have turned into multi-colored dinosaurs. Pleased with his success, Loki fires ten more rays at the remaining continents. As he does so, some of the other gods take notice and stand nearby, watching the results. Soon, everybody on that island has received some of Loki's powers and, in effect, have become superheroes. As Loki had hoped, they immediately begin having thoughts of conquest. The rest of the gods have gathered by this point and many a fistbump was awarded to Loki. Shortly, a betting pool has formed and Thor is calling out for pizza.

Okay. Here's how this is going to go down. Turns are scheduled to end every day. Small summaries of what happened will follow along with stories where applicable. If you just spend the day gathering food, I'm not writing about it. Unless it would be funny, of course.

In the first three posts by me in the first page of this thread, I've added the descriptions of the country you guys wrote up and Status Reports for said countries in the two posts after that. These Status Reports tell you how much food you currently have, how much gold you currently have, what people are a part of your country, what powers they have, miscellaneous information about their skills and abilities and where they are, sector-wise. More information will be added to those as the game goes on.

Now, I can't fit the full Status Reports into a single post. So, you will be required to check up on the Status Reports on the front page yourself, or do without.

Finally, all of you start with 10 food and 3,000 gold.

Keep in mind that this is an extremely open ended game. If it doesn't say you can't do something in the rules, then it is almost certain that you can. If you can't do whatever you are trying to do, I will say something. So, don't hold back.

As a final word... Berober04, I had no freaking idea what sort of superpower to give your NPCs and you didn't give any yourself. I placed your five NPCs anyway, but you need to select powers for them as giving them the same ones as your Hero would be completely redundant, given it's nature.

To rikkuswolf, you need to pick one more NPC's powerset. I don't know enough about Final Fantasy Tactics to do so.

To all those who didn't place NPCs or name them, they have the stock name Countryname NPC X. Pick a new name if you don't like that.

The King of Soul, Brook, will perform to the faceless citizens (uhh... like who? QUIET), thus causing them to throw their hard-earned cash at him. When they aren't looking, he'll mask his movements with humming in order to destroy their junk, and steal more gold.

alright, first thing's first....

My hero, T-1000 shall be looking for a master and going Genghis Khan on local women along the way. Those in the food sector shall use their power to make some farming tools to help productivity, T-Meg (short for T-1000000 cuz i don't feel like typing it out each time) will use as many legs as it doesn't need to walk to further increase productivity, basically being a living combine harvester without the moving parts. Those in the economic sector will....well whatever the hell replicating solid metal and people (and inanimate objects) can do to help with that.

Unfortunately, that's impossible. The time I get home each day varies. I can do it as soon as I get home, but that's not a concrete promise of the same time every day. And, really, if I just started ending Turn at all times of the day, that would only be more inconvenient for everybody in the end.

Just think of it as something to wake up to in the morning. As you said, it's not like you need to scramble to get the first possession. I don't take the time of action posting into account at all when putting together results.

Well lets just get down to business. Next turn I should have some wood and some furs that I would like to sell, use for them is up to you. I will be selling to the highest bidder. The wood I think Ill sell at a minimum on 30g and the furs at 75g (being a luxary good) but as in an auction if you want to win you will need to bid higher than the previous. Im willing to take other goods as payment if I consider them a fair trade.

Turn 1 Results:

The betting is getting rather heavy up in Valhalla. To facilitate this, and his own celestial wallet, Loki starts gathering up data on what the various countries are doing and dividing it into periods, or Turns.

Crescent:

Economic Sector:

Oedipus Elric, formerly known as Soul Bender, runs about town, turning random pieces of junk the citizens? own into gold and fixing some of their broken possessions. This makes the townspeople happier.

The King of Soul, Brook, on the other hand, carries out a performance for the faceless citizens, causing them to throw money at him happily. While they are distracted, Brook masks his movements via humming and moves about stealthily, destroying junk and stealing some of the townspeople's gold. Although he wasn't caught, this makes the townspeople slightly less happy.

Food Sector:

Excepting the encounter with Arthur and Illu, as detailed in the next Sector Summary, Shamshir spends her time tending to the crops and animal herds. This increases the food output slightly.

Falchion, formerly known as Geomancer, also lends their strength to the plants and animals, further increasing the food output.

As Arthur and Illu are there anyway, Shamshir and Falchion badger them into helping with the food production.

Military Sector:

Arthur, formerly known as Soul Bonder, recieves permission (or perhaps even a command...) to attempt to form a "Love" bond with Shamshir, formerly known as Soul Healer. Illu follows along for the laughs, and also to try to convince Shamshir to heal the soul of his sword, allowing it to return to its true state.

Upon being asked to do so, Shamshir, fending Arthur off, says it will take some time to do so.

General Activities:

A new edict has been issued by the Hero, Illu. All his subjects must, once every Turn, find and greet Illu and show their power to him. Further, nobody may leave their own sector unless permission is received from Illu, along with a showcase of his own power. This is a measure to tighten security.

If any rules are broken, the one at fault will suffer a 50% reduction in pay.

Fero:

Economic Sector:

Normal operations.

Food Sector:

The subjects of this sector utilized their liquid metal properties to replicate farming tools to improve food production. The large spider one proved especially effectual at farming.

Military Sector:

T-1000 left in search of a master.

General Activities:

The Hero, T-1000, left the Military Sector in search of a master of the art of Stealth. He seemed more intent on seducing the local women for the time being which, while producing quite a lot of material for Loki's black market "Goods", did not aid his search for a master that much. This will be a long road...

Gallehus:

Economic Sector:

Normal operations.

Food Sector:

Normal operations.

Military Sector:

Vanir left in search of a master of the art of war.

General Activities:

Some progress was made in Vanir's search, but the road is still long.

The Hero, Shane McJeffery, left on a quest to master inhibition, possibly in a comedic fashion.

General Activities:

Shane met and drank several beers with the cast of Blazing Saddles, but is still far from his goal.

Assassin Zeus leaves in search of a Stealth Master.

General Activities:

Assassin Zeus searched quite a ways, but has yet to find his Stealth Master.

Normal operations, except NPCs 3 and 4 leave to go to the Other Sector.

Military Sector:

General Activities:

NPCs 3 and 4 march off to the local dungeon. There, they engage in an epic trek to the center of the earth. No, not really. They did find some nice baubles, though, and this cool looking helmet.

Ivalice:

Economic Sector:

Normal operations.

Food Sector:

Reef Studbody begins doing the voodoo that he do, increasing the fertility of the fields and causing food output to rise slightly.

Military Sector:

Normal operations.

General Activities:

Meat Rockgroin scouts about the land, keeping a sharp eye out for any trouble.

Brick Blastpeck gathers around all the people of the land, or at least those within earshot, and starts the epic lay of RAMZA THE SLAYER OF DEMONS. After he finishes, the people are alternately weeping and cheering and occasionally flipping him off, and then cheering. What a fickle crowd. They seem happier though.

Zokic:

Economic Sector:

Normal operations, except a trading boat went out to trade stone with a neighbor, Ensolokros. Strange things, humans, trading rocks.

Food Sector:

Normal operations.

Military Sector:

Normal operations, except a Level 1 Mercenary is bought for 1,000 gold.

General Activities:

The traders arrived at Ensolokros but did not trade, due to Grimfang the wise not responding, a price not being set and an amount not being set either. They remain there I guess?...

Validia:

Normal operations.

Food Sector:

Normal operations. NPC 5 arrives from the Military Sector and starts helping out with the farming. As he received a pep talk from Emperor 0mni earlier, he works even harder than usual, producing more than the usual food output.

Military Sector:

Normal operations. NPC 5 leaves for the Food Sector.

General Activities:

Emperor 0mni trains the troops, which may or may not be only himself now, in an attempt to become stronger.

Nintendopolis:

Economic Sector:

Normal operations. Yoshi Red leaves for the Other Sector.

Food Sector:

Normal operations. Yoshi Pink leaves for the Other Sector.

Military Sector:

Normal operations.

General Activities:

One of the funny looking talking dinosaurs arrives at the Grand Church of Peace and Yoshi Sector. After awkwardly kneeling at the altar and beginning to pray, a bright light shines down upon him and a distinctly Italian voice asks, "What-ah is it, my son?"

Yoshi Pink replies, "O exalted father of toilet scrubbing, I want someone in Crescent to be blessed with a lovely spouse! Tell whoever is in charge to please give that person love!"

As Yoshi Pink was speaking, Yoshi Red had entered the church. The Italian voice speaks again, "What-ah is it, my son?"

"Oh exalted shroom picker, I want that person Pink was just talking about to catch on fire!"

A look of horror forms on Yoshi Pink's face. "NO NO NO NO WAIT. YOU SHOULD TRY TO HELP THE WORLD."

Yoshi Red smiles and then says, "Okay. O magnificent turtle slayer, I want Yoshi Pink to catch on fire!"

Ensolokros:

Economic Sector:

NPC 1 leaves to go cut down wood in the outer reaches of the nearby forest, leaving the Economic Sector empty. He returns with 4 units of wood.

Food Sector:

Normal operations.

Military Sector:

NPC 5 leaves to hunt deep in the forest for food or caves. When he returns, he comes bearing 2 food units and 1 fur unit. Grimfang has already left for the Other Sector by himself to destroy the demons in the mountain. He waits and waits for his Esyrian guards, but every other NPC is busy doing other stuff.

General Activities:

Grimfang the wise went to look for a Master of Art of War.

Turn 2 Start.

I'll be updating the first post with relevant changes to your countries after I get something to eat.

Also, since there seems to be some confusion...

The subjects of your kingdom that are listed in the first few posts of this thread are what you have to work with. You don't have a royal guard, thousands of peasants or even faceless people you can send on a trading boat. You have the 5 subjects you started with, your Hero and anybody else you add to your population over the course of this game.

If you want to send people to other lands to trade, put one of those subjects in the Other Sector and have them do that.

Seeing how I have 15 food, Ill generate a new person and put him in the food sector on a ranch, but as well as raising cattle also training horses.

My military shall repeat the previous action and my economic sector person shall go back to the forest to chop down more trees unless someone buys my commodities.

Nope.

Further, if you have 15 units of food in excess of what your country consumes a Turn, a new person is generated. 10 of the excess units disappear. This person's power is random, and they will be assigned to the proper sector based on that power. A person who can create localized explosions would be in the military sector, whereas somebody who can turn lead into gold would be best in Economics. On that same note, somebody who can make land more productive would go in Food.

Your country currently consumes 6 units of food a Turn. 15 units in excess of that would be 21.

ok, i managed to think of something to do in the economic sector while at school

The two people there shall hold tournaments for the population (and any other units that want to attend). Think like a county fair, but with more archery, wrestling, etc. tournaments. The three in the food sector will continue as scheduled, but T-Meg will work on tilling the land that isn't currently crops so they can plant more crops as well as making the soil more productive by moving the nutrients around and aerating.

My hero will continue his quest by looking for an abandoned shack in the middle of nowhere, possibly with an old Chinese guy living in it because the master ALWAYS lives in the middle of nowhere and is often an old Chinese man.

If we create currency among us, we should use homegrown product that we have and then create exchange rates or just use food as currency.

Meat is going to continue her scouting. Also on the lookout for dungeons and ADVENTURE as well. Again anything found will be reported to Ramza and Agrias, who will again be on standby.

Dirk Hardpeck will be calculating the risks vs gains of agreeing to Illu's proposition (He doesn't really think it's a good idea)

And because of the success about the war story, Brick Blastpeck will begin drumming up support for the military, hopefully getting some fresh meat shiel...I mean recruits.

Remember that this is the beta version.

I talked with Zairak, and I'll be gming the next round. We'll be talking about some changes, and you're welcome to join in the conversation about ways to make these things matter.

For example, I chose not to suggest a "Happiness" or "Healthiness" mechanic as not to complicate the game. I also chose not to suggest certain traits I had thought up.

It's best not to overly-complicate a game's beta run, as not to overload the gm or confuse the players.

Economic sector shall be holding a gambling tournament and charge admission (50 gold apiece) to the tournament as well as 10% of the winnings. They shall also be holding a festival celebrating a national holiday and open the borders to foreigners who wish to come see it. The gambling tournament will be open to foreigners there to see the festival as well. Food sector will be planting in the newly-tilled ground to further increase production.

My hero shall get to that shack and do what it takes to get the master to teach him.

I shall do so and place him into the food sector

Ill use both mercenaries for hunting still and move my woddcutter back into the econmoic sector. He shall cut up one of the logs into poles-as many as you feel is decent. He will then use one food (meat from a ranch), tan it to preserve, stick it at the end of one of the poles and put the fur over it to form a practice dummy.

My hero shall search for a renowned xiaolin temple somewhere in the mountain range on top of a plateau. For the sake of conveinience he shall turn into an albatross to fly with little effort.

Grimfang gathers the milk, eggs among other ingredients he finds in the mountains and cooked up a delicious cake, then goes back to the monestery and gives it to them.

alrighty then...

All 3 people in the food sector shall get to work planting those crops while T-Meg harvests those that are already done, then digging irrigation channels to make water reach the crops faster. Economic sector shall be holding a concert with tickets selling for 100 gold each. The borders are also open to travelers, who must pay the 200 gold toll (100 for traders and NPCs controlled by others), and they shall be encouraged to attend the concert, where my people will be running stalls that sell all sorts of food and drinks. They will also start selling drugs and booze to the neighboring countries.

The hero shall go to the cave, blending into the environment to avoid conflict. He shall grab the scroll and try to sneak back out, failing this he'll decapitate and impale anything that attacks.

It's a modest estimated minimum increase based on our current food output. I could be wrong. All I meant to say is that I have done what I can to yield results this turn while working on a more hands off solution at the same time. In other words, I am doing my best to optimize our agricultural sector while still actively working the land for a more abundant harvest.

....Yeah, there isn't much I can do for you... Besides, with a country that high up, the weather could turn quickly. Though I will admit that the ruins of your agricultural market streaming down the mountains will greatly benefit the surrounding nations. In other words, you may need to focus more on your economy so you can buy food from a neighbor. Either that, or try someone from grim's country. They're good with animals, but you're milage may vary on how that turns out.

As for our guest, you may rest assured that I will keep a close eye on him.

I will send my hero to the economics sector where we will hold our semi-yearly brawnze of steel marathon where we have competitors from all over compete in a marathon course across the mountains to increase profits to the country of Aero. The winner recieves a statue replica. There will be food vendors and other popular attractions.

I will arrange for Npc 1 to make travel to Holy Shadows land on the grounds of agriculture and nothing else unless ive been informed of course with the kings seal as proof. He will begin travel not this turn but next turn.

I'm just going on our country's previous description. The forest is part of our "other" sector, and apparently a "dungeon" as well. I would rather not go there at my current level if I can avoid it. If necessary, we may find another way to compensate or simply accept a more reasonable bid for the contract after reviewing the cost/benefit ratio. I was interested in finishing this project quickly, but then again, the more time you waste, the more training I get, and the more of this project I do myself. Now, can we please resolve this issue quickly?
