Build a deck for a fictional character

We have too many general forum games here. Nothing against them, but we need some forum games that are strictly Yu Gi Oh things.

Take this, for example. We name a fictional character, and construct a deck for them around their personalities using real cards. We hammer out a 40 card deck and move on.
