Rules:
you start with 100 Skill Points for your stats. for example:
Level: blah
skill points: 0
Health: 110/110 (previously 100/100)
Attack: blah
Defense: blah
Speed (for attack): blah

you start at level 1. experience works by gaining half of your opponent's health. example: enemy health: 0/100 your experience: 50/100
your experience does start with a maximum of 100 at level 1. every time you level up, you gain 10 skill points. and the amount of experience needed to level up is doubled. example: experience: 100/300 (previously 0/100)
you gain money depending on the level. example: enemy level: 3 your money (you just earned): $7.50 ($2.50 for each level)
Storyline: you are fugitive in New York City. You are in a part of the city where the cops never come and chase down criminals. The only people around you are robbers, killers, and other kind of criminals.
There is a shop and here are the items:
