Hi guys, I'm new here so I don't know if I'm allowed to do that or not, but I'll try anyway.
A couple of friends of mine mentioned some anime that they have no idea what it is and now I'm kinda desperate to find it. They can only remember a few details about it, which are:
- The bad guy was a little guy with white hair, who only said yes or no, but if something was defective, he would say, "it's broken".
- The main character complained about everything, walked in a suit, maybe an investigator. He was always late.
- Some girl was an heir to something, had a limo, and carried a lot of weapons. Was always talking on cell phones.
Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
