Kurokami Medaka, a girl who excels at everything and is generally considered perfect, is elected student council president. At time of inauguration, she announces that she will have a suggestion box where anyone can submit their problem and she will solve it, no matter how difficult the task. In order to help her with this task, she enlists the help of Hitoyoshi Zenkichi and other select individuals to join her student council and make the school a better place.

The manga starts off as a slice-of-life with Medaka and Zenkichi running around solving people's problems. It eventually turns into more of a battle manga as Medaka becomes more aware of just what exactly is going on in the school and the kind of people that are there.

Overall, it's a wacky school battle manga with a ton of interesting characters and developments. Definitely worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing. :o
