This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

FINAL was great. Any show that can manage to both make me smile brightly and then pull a few tears out of my eyes deserves my respect.

Haha, it's cool. I'm a Gundam man myself. GW was my first anime and since then I've been watching Gundam whenever I can.... my favorites include Wing, Endless Waltz, Gundam, Zeta(Double Zeta wasn't too shabby either!), Stardust Memory, and... G is a bit of a guilty pleasure. I. hated. SEED. I still haven't seen all of 00 yet.
GaoGaiGar is one of my favorites. AND GOD DAMN DID THAT SHOW HAVE A CATCHY OPENING. I've watched a lot of Macross, and I can tell you 7 and Plus were the best sequels(Plus is one of my favorites of all time.) Frontier is not terrible but it is definitely not nearly on par with the rest of the series. It's like an acquried taste but when you've acquired that taste it's still only meh. I would defintiley rec the first Macross, and yes even the film adaptation "Do You Remember To Love?"
Dancouga is something I've been putting off for a while. Mazinger Z is, again, a favorite.
Evangelion... I did like it. Loved the mechas and the story felt unique and eccentric.... and also "uhhh" worthy at times. Big O was one of my firsts, and what I liked most of all was the atmosphere of it. It felt chilling and enigmatic throughout, and once again the plot itself felt novel.
How do you feel about Geass and The Vision of Escaflowne?

I agree... though I am a TTGL fan. I don't consider it the most badass Mecha anime out there... I don't even consider it in the runnings. While it didn't really bring anything new to the scene and was just several allusions and the same philosophy bashed into the viewers head over and over, I would be lying if I said I wasn't immensely entertained by it. And it was the first time I'd seen anything like a Suepr Robot anime in a very long time so nostalgia hit me HARD.

As for Diebuster... yeah I was a bit disappointed. But again, still entertained and was once again owned by nostalgia.

Edit: Anyway sir.... what other mechas do you like?
