Irritating Barking Behavior
 

Is there anyone here who has a dog at home? I need some help in identifying which bark collar to use in eliminating the excessive barking behavior of Jack Russel Terrier. I am having some difficulty sleeping at night as he keeps on barking for no apparent reason. I hope that someone can help me out in correcting this problem.

Unfortunately excessive barking is one trait that Jack Russells are known for. With proper training and socialization, this behavior can be corrected.

I don't think that bark collar is a better option, it will only make your dog suffer... It's better to find out what is the reason of such behavior and to solve the problem. For example, my dog was very barky because of the flea infestation. Such behavior was just an attempt to show that something isn't right. We've chosen an appropriate flea treatment and Daisy became calmer after it.

You may need to hire a dog trainer to solve the barking problem of your dog.
