Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Abridged Series - Card Games For Charity 6

On December 8th 2012, LittleKuriboh will be hosting a live charity drive on his Twitch.tv account. It will go from 9 am to 10 pm PST.

We will have many special guests joining us for interviews and to take part in the live auctions we'll be doing, along with Q&As from our official Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged chatroom on irc.arg-irc.net (also available at yugiohabridged.com)

In order for people to donate, we are going to give them the option to send money to us directly via paypal at littlekuriboh@gmail.com. Direct donations must be made with the "gift" option on paypal, or they will charge us a 3% fee. People can also send the money directly to the Red Cross (http://www.redcross.org/) and email us your receipt. Every donation amount will be recorded and sent to the Red Cross.

To encourage fans to donate money, we will be doing several live auctions, including Yu-Gi-Oh cards, duel mats, DVDs, etc.

Sanshee.com will be donating a Persona 4 pack, a Catherine pack, and a Skullgirls pack.

Tasty Peach Studios are donating several items, including a Cream Meowchi Plush, a Hiyoko Mame Bag, a Demonic Wing Necklace, an Angelic Wing Necklace, aBlack Sheep Necklace, a Zombie Alpaca Phone Charm, a Chiiri Pink Bunny set of Hair clips, a Pair of Hanaki Earrings, and an Inukii Ring.

On behalf of Shark Robot, we will be auctioning off Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged brand t-shirts and other merchandise.

Level Up Studios are also going to be donating items from their many brands, including League of Legends and Portal.

The creators of Marble Hornets will be providing Season One and Season Two of their hit internet series on DVD, signed by the cast and crew.

Live auctions will be conducted via the Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged IRC chatroom, closely watched by our in-chat mods. Chat users will take part in the auctions, and winners will be asked to provide their username and their shipping address, along with any other extra info we'd need (e.g. shirt size) along with their donation.

To sweeten the pot, we will be doing special donation incentives.

A signed copy of Persona 4: The Golden will be a special prize. Anyone who donates $50 will have their names put into a hat. A name will be picked out at random, and the lucky winner will receive this shiny copy of the brand new PS Vita game. Donaters will be entered into the hat for every increment of $50, so twice for $100, and so on. This does not apply to the auctions.
Every auction winner will receive a signed LittleKuriboh card, and people who donate $30+ directly will get a signed LittleKuriboh card.
For every $500 we raise, LittleKuriboh and his wife will take a shot of alcohol at the end of the stream - with a maximum of ten shots, to be on the safe side.
For every $2,000 we raise, someone in the stream will have to partake in the infamous Orochon "Special Number 2" challenge, made famous by Man VS Food. The participants have to down a large bowl of extremely spicy ramen in under 30 minutes.

Once again, all donations must be made to littlekuriboh@gmail.com or to the Red Cross themselves. All proceeds will go toward supporting the Red Cross in their efforts to provide relief in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
