In case you're at all interested, in reference to episode 6:
8:40 - 8:43: Mr. Resetti appears specifically when you reset your game without saving. Since the game doesn't autosave, you lose all progress and can be used to avoid negative events that may have happened. Resetti is made to punish the player for doing so by talking FOREVER.
8:43 - 8:54: The song playing is an excerpt of Hare Hare Yukai from Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, just played Animal Crossing style with K.K. Slider's "voice".
And as for weaboo, you can check its
original context, but I don't guarantee that will have it make any more sense. I guess it's just a whipping boy, or something. And for the movie, the villains of Advent Children (Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz) all look almost just like him: white haired and effeminate. Typical SquareEnix stuff. A Google image search will find them quickly enough.
