7:47 - 8:47 : Iruka is being portrayed similar to Kamina from Gurren Lagann, even saying one of his well-known quotes (sort of) "Believe in the me who believes in you!". Song playing in the background is "Libera Me From Hell (Row Row Fight The Power)
8:21 - 8:30: Sound effect playing is the same sound heard in Dragon Ball Z when characters of extreme strength are building up energy.
8:24 - 8:30 : Kamehameha is the energy beam signature move of Goku from the series Dragon Ball
8:40 - 8:42 : Sound effect here is from the game Super Mario Bros. 3 when the player's character is using the Tanuki/Raccoon Suit and taps the jump button to slow their landing descent slightly or while flying.
