Not sure if it's WTF- enough but there's a manga that could be called "different".
Doubt it's called. It's complete and the ending is far from wishy-washy, it's not too long and it's a psychological mystery- a group of teenagers trying to get past paranoia to save themselves. That's the plot without giving anything away
