[Almighty Bakura]

I can't see white box that appears for visitor messaging when I go to a person's profile to vm them, I also can't see it on my own profile. Do I have to be a member here for a certain amount of time before I am able to vm or something? :/

EDIT: Well, I can vm now, so I guess my posts did have something to do with this...that, or I have to be online for a certain amount of time first. :/
