I believe so. The Member list only goes to 29k~. The last member is no. 32,152.
Though the total number of users listed is 32,074 on the site statistics at the bottom.
My only other theory is that the time warp messed up a lot of users and their original accounts are still there in some pseudo ghost mode. But that's a bit sketchy.
