Of course, they aren't saying too much about what we are getting, but judging by the way it's phrased, it seems they intend to cash in on the nostalgia trip pattern other anime seem to be doing right now. In other words, it'll more than likely be the original cast.
It'll be interesting to see if that's the case, though. They'll have a tough time bringing them all back since Eric Stuart has pulled a Joshua Seth.
