If you see the pictures below that list, you can click on one of those to get an entire episode list. You can click on either "Watch all the episodes from the beginning" with Yami on it, or the "Complete episode list" with Joey on it, and both of those will give you a complete list of all the YGOTAS episodes.
The problem is getting all of the specials to show up, like Marik's Evil Counsel. Perhaps someone should set up a group of videos titled, "Specials"? So that people can find the random specials and con promos and movies more easily. If that could happen, that could take care of the "only 100 episodes" problem.
