So, here are the rules:
You rate the user from a scale from 1 / 10
......
It's like the "Rate the Avatar" thread, but this time, it's about the user.
You state a reason for the rating. Here is an example:
[When the person is rating me]
"5/10. You need to calm down a lot, and try to be so serious. You also complain a lot, and you should stop that too."
Something like that.
