Hahaha, a ban would be too heavy a punishment for such a minuscule "offense."
If someone created a topic asking when the new episode is, we will simply lock it and say that we don't know, only LK knows (unless he announces the release date to the public, like for instance he announced that March 31st will be the release date for the next episode, therefore we will answer March 31st and then lock your thread). If you are just asking somewhere in the middle of the thread, people will answer your question and life goes on, no punishment.
tl;dr: No, you will not get banned. That's ridiculous. :V
