How do u enter caption contests

I know I'll sound like a noob saying this but how do u enter caption contests?

Take this for example (most recent contest as of 18:00, 24/9/2007):

Simple:

You go down to here, and you type your Caption Contest entry in the box at the bottom, just like posting an ordinary post in an ordinary thread.

Advanced:
Even though LittleKuriboh has declared that photo-editing is not required to make a winning entry and that a mere worded caption at the bottom will suffice, it has become aparant (at least to me) that all the winning entries have been Photoshopped or MS Painted. Here's how to upload your picture onto the internet and then to the website -- uploading from your documents is not allowed.

Then from the screen that comes up, after email-verifying, just simply upload your image.

It will then be on the internet, from which you could post here, using the 'img' button.
