How do u enter caption contests

I know I'll sound like a noob saying this but how do u enter caption contests?

The contest topics can be found at the News category. (You can also access them on the homepage.) As of now, the current caption contest is #10, so you'd click on the topic that says "Caption Contest #10" and submit an answer by adding a post, like what I'm doing now.

Some people like to edit the image in Photoshop or something, but it's not required.

But it's interesting how every winning so far has been someone whose response WAS Photoshopped! (Some use Paint! *sniggers* <img src='/images/emoticons/smiley2.png'> )

hmm.. that is interesting although i usually don't use photoshop I find it easier to just write quotes.
