Didn't Madara extract it from Gaara? I assume since it doesn't have a host he can't control it. :/

Also fuck this chapter and Kishimoto. Why does Naruto have a cloak when he does a complete bijuu transformation? Why isn't he the fox himself? And whatever happened to the fox being "a chakra mass of pure hate"? Just cuz some kid from a hippie village talks nice to him doesn't mean his chakra can suddenly be used to represent justice.

all of them but the 8 and 9 tails got extracted, i assume the reason why the Shukaku isn't there is because the host is still alive and he can't control the beasts otherwise (just a guess)

...I'm really not sure how I feel about this chapter.

I felt like this chapter was interesting, despite falling back on the trope Ocean mentioned. With this seeming to be the turning point of the battle, I imagine that it won't last a whole lot longer. Additionally we may finally get to see something about Tobi.

That, or Kishi will hold out on that reveal and go back to the fights between the [ village leaders and Madara or Pain and Itachi ].
