Pegasus.
A weird though occured to me... Pegasus is basically Kazutaka Muraki from Yami no Matsuei.
Both have white hair. Both have a f**ked up eye. Both are villains. Both are believed to be gay. Both want to resurrect a dead person. Both ended up having a wife/girlfriend at the last moment.

according to Wikipedia the manga for Yami no Matsuei was also released in 1996. /shrug
but then there are many anime characters who either have white hair, a f**ked up eye, are villains, are believed to be gay, who want to resurrect a dead person in one way or another, or have some combination of those traits. in any case, if this guy is a lot like Pegasus, I guess I know who I'll fangirl over if I ever watch the series. ;)
