Pretty foolish debating wether Tom Morello is good or not. He uses only about 4 pedals and a killswitch and gets a rediculous array of sound and is generally one of the most unique guitarists in music today. Some other guitarists may have tad more skill in theory and the like but Morello does ingenius things no other guitarist does and that's why saying he isn't very good is just foolish. Most other modern guitarists will have a pedalboard more abundant than China and get about 3 different tones from it. crazzyyy fooooool

Jimmy Page's solo on Stairway... technically perfect... odd that it was also made up in the studio on the spot in one shot... this makes it pure legend.

I didn't say best... I said "technically perfect" there's a difference... from a musicians perspective the phrasing is exactly right... everything happens where it should happen, the right notes are hit at precisely the right time and at the right timing... that's what I meant...
Yes it is played and cited a lot... which I can understand as why people would get fed up with it... but there's still no denying it is a good solo...
