I hate when people list non-metal bands as metal... (ie, Slipknot, System of a Down, Disturbed, etc.)
My favorites are, (old) Metallica, Megadeth, (old) In Flames, Finntroll, Kalmah, Norther, Sonata Arctica, Kamelot, Iced Earth, Cryptopsy, Kataklysm... and a bunch of others. :]
