I do think Yuugi is the hero of the series, but Anzu likes Atemu's more dominant and clever personality.

Yeah well, in the series (or whatever) she liked both of them, and Yami (some people will disagree with me on this) is a older version of Yugi. It is hinted in the series you know....

No, Yami is a completely different person than Yuugi, though Yuugi could be partly a sort of reincarnation of the Pharaoh.

I think Anzu marrying Yuugi is perfectly logical tbh.
Since she was in love with Yuugi cuz he was all empathetic and stuff, and Atem cuz he was all brave etc etc.

and then at the end of the series Yuugi did kind of grow into Atem :3
he became more like him, but also Atem became a bit like Yuugi (:
they kind of learned from each other, so yupp.
anzu would want a bit of yuugi ;)
