CAN'T EDIT YOUR PROFILE? READ HERE FIRST
Hello all new people!
Want to edit your profile information, yet you are unable? Well, here is the solution: Your account needs to have at least 5 posts before you can send visitor messages or edit your profile information. You can gain posts by posting in any of the forum threads, however, posting in social groups does not increase your post count. We had to do this because we were targeted by a spam network that only seems to send visitor messages and adds the urls they're trying to advertise to their profiles. So apologies for the inconvenience. I know that being an Unknown gender isn't any fun for some people, and I know that people want their avatars and profile pictures updated, but we need viable proof that you are not a spam bot before we allow you people to post visitor messages. All threads asking about why they can't update their profiles will be locked and the user asking will be redirected here. PS
If you still cannot edit your profile after 15 posts and 5 days, try logging out and then back in. Or you can wait an additional day. No need to post anymore threads about this topic because these things tend to solve themselves. If you are STILL having a problem, PLEASE contact one of the staff members via PM and we will help you as soon as we can. Please DON'T start a new topic about it. Thank you. |
