This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

I like when Terri goes on her rants, it's ridiculously funny. Like when she yells at Will after he buys the car? Almost hysterical. Almost. If it weren't so kind of awkward.

I hate that they still have a part for her in the show, Terri was and is my least favourite character. Also here's to hoping there are no Kesha songs.

This show is ridiculous.
It strives so hard to not conform to the clichés and horrible conventions of teen musicals, yet does exactly that. It's full of tons of stereotypes, yet pretends that they don't exist. And, worst of all, it acts as if singing is the only thing that exists in all these kids lives. I know it's very important because they're outcasts or whatever, but it really shouldn't be THAT important.

I can see why it's popular - it's funny because the kids are all outcasts and I'm sure teens can relate to it and shit. And there's all that escapism and stuff. But I still find it incredibly mediocre. The storylines are incredibly predictable and it just feels like I'm watching the same thing every episode, with a little plot development now and then.

I know you all disagree with me, which is why you're in this thread, but I had to voice my opinion. It's getting to be worse than Twilight.

I've watched Glee since it started, but sometimes I find myself watching it out of obligation than out of wanting to. I don't know, recently the story's been developing nicely, but it seems much more fake than it did when it started.

I take the first part of this statement back.

My opinions have changed.

I no longer watch this show, it's become a pile of poo.

I used to absolutely despise Glee, and I only really got into it when my sister insisted on watching it every week, and I soon grew to love the show. I just really can't stomach the painfully cheesy moments and sometimes just plain terrible song covers. My friend and I both bitched about the show for ages after they covered a Bon Jovi song.

I remember when I first got into YGOTAS, I'd pray (In vain) that one day Glee would reference it or possibly even sing one of LK's songs. Alas, it remains only a dream...

Agreed!!!!

Rachel is like fingernails on a blackboard!!!! Irritating
Blaine is talented but he is very sugar pop if you know what I mean?
he reminds me of that old crooner Bobby darren LoL
Mercedes does not get enough screen time to sing IMO and adam would be awesome on the show oxoxox

Glee is all about stereotypes. Every character is one. That's the whole point. Glee preaches about a lot of things but acceptance is the one big theme. They present these stereotypes that people often ridicule and show that behind the stereotype is a person.

I do dislike Glee, yes I am a Damon Albarn fangirl which influances some of the dislike and fair play to him for not letting them ruin a Gorillaz song. I just dislike the way they make everything so... Upbeat. TBH, I really hate the whole 'Stageschool' sort of genre.
