This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

Nothing wrong with ubers and supers and legendaries and other Pokemon with a great @$$, they're in the game and they should be allowed to fight as much as the others...

If ya don't wanna fight wit' em, then don't, and don't allow others to fight you wit' em.

But don't beat down on people who enjoy using them.

-_- *sigh* Pokemon's still too simple-feeling for me...
It's the ultimate rock-paper-scissors with all new gadgets and skills to refuse the other from winning.
It's fun.... for a while.
In my opinion.

I don't care for fighting ubers just because the other person is just taking an easy-out on you. Only a few uber users actually put thought into their team, and I do respect them for it.

For example, I played someone with a Rayquaza once, but it was enjoyable because it was part of a dragon team and also had some thought put into it.

The biggest giveaway that a uber-user is a noob, though, is if they run Kyogre and Groudon in the same team.

Ubers are for people who want to train "the easy way". It's like taking steroids. >>

Well what if you happen to have powerful normal Pokemon and ubers?

... no no no, I think taking steroids would only be in Monster Farmer (Japanese Monster Rancher)... they had drugs you could give to your monster to "improve" them... >_> Now, THAT'S steroids.

Uber Pokemon are called Ubers for a reason. Something about them makes them unfair when compared to other Pokemon. Not all Legendaries are Ubers though, because not all legendaries are unfair. Fighting an all Uber team, even if the combination of them makes no sense, can destroy a lot of well developed teams.

Well then, that's just plain cheap to use an all-uber team...

>_> That's just overkill. I think it's good if you have only one (or maybe a risky 2) "ubers" in the team if they're your favorite.

But an entire team? No no no... that's cheap. I'm pretty sure no one LOVES every uber by personality, that's just power-love.

yeah, doing like one or two ubers is decent and all (though it still feels a bit cheap due to using the easy way out), but a whole team is just ridicolous.

my party tournament will probably consist of overkillers which are Rampardos, Alakazam, Deoxys and chances are Ninjask, to make Rampardos the Ultimate weapon XD

I was heartbroken when I put so much effort into getting my Dragonite, my Pidgeot, and my Mewtwo to level 100 on GS, but then couldn't do anything with them when RS came out.

So I killed a few innocent bystanders.

As i look at these trainer cards, sometimes more than half of the pokemon are legendary or uber. whats the point? it just gives you an unfair advantage...plus it would never happen in reality...but seriously. good teams are made up of ordinary pokemon...thats what proves your skill. although, just adding 1 or 2 does get tempting....

I have Pearl, but my big game is still Emerald. In it, I have almost 600 hours of playtime, and over 30 level 100's. I have every pokemon that is obtainable in the game except for Deoxys, and I obtained them all legimently (well, if you don't count Celebi and Jurachi, which were both traded to me from my cousin, who used an action replay).
I'd battle people over Wi-fi in my Pearl game, but I don't have a wireless internet... :(

I have Emerald and LG,but the pokemon have now migrated to my Pearl.[which freakin' explains how 15 of my boxes are full now with all my pokemon]

XD; I only have 3 Lv.100 pokemon that I raised.I have two more, but somehow my brother got them with the GTS and gave it to me.~shrug~

I'm trying to raise my Gardevoir,Gallade, and Froslass to lv.100,along with my Altaria,Mightyena, and Blakizen...X_X; and the 4 pokemon listed here are the main pokemon I used in Emerald!

I use 1 Legendary and that would be Heatran. He's not an uber, but he has slightly elevated stats. And he gets destroyed by the common types (fighting, water, ground). I only have 2 official Pokemon on my team, Gengar and Heatran.

I've heard a lot of people say a GS remake would be their dream, I'd really like that too.

I haven't played my Pokemon Pearl for weeks now. I have only one lv.100 pokemon and that's Palkia. I've got other pokemon I hardly ever use except the ones I'm training which is Torterra, Dialga, Milotic, Gallade, and Dratini.

That depends on your meaning of simple. I'm a breeder so i have to make sure the IV is the way I want it to be, they are the correct nature (tells me what stat they are best at ifyou have the chart you can check) male or female, females normaly have a higher deffence then males. Males have a higher attack. The moves, if it's in my team every move is a differnt type so I can get rid of something of it's opposite type, for conests all moves of one type for it's contest, wow to much. the hardest thing is the breeding. You have to hatch it, and make sure it has the right IV, gender, nature, and what it does most (like if it has alert to noises it means it's IV speed is at it highest no matter what, so that stat will be high) Also baby moves are fun to have ^___^ along with the moves the parent passes down....That's it I'm putting my game away for awhile now XD.

ah.My friend was thinking the same lines.Apparently,he wanted a modest Ralts, and he hatched a bunch of eggs, but none of the Ralts were modest.

Me?I don't pay attention too much...XD; I wish I did, then I could probably demolish my brother's lv. 100 legendary team, which I say he sucks because he doesn't use any NORMAL pokemon, per say...ohkay,unless you count all the eeveelutions at lv. 100 and not counting Glaceon and Leafeon!

He uses a lv.100 Groudon,Kyogre,Ho-oh...and...uhm...I can't remember now.

I was working for a modest Riolu (for a special-sweeper Lucario), and finally got one after an hour or so. I elevated it to check IV's, and its Special Attack IV was 0. Man, was that frustrating. Since then, I've taken a little break from it.

^___^ thanks. here is a trick to fight the legendarys that your brother uses *note this is for dimond and pearl* Get a togipi at lvl 1 do not have it battle anything but keep it with you with a sooth bell on it for 3 days,*yes you have to play the game too* Go to the one sop where it's the bike highway *because in pokemon there are no cars in the game XD* Give it a back rub every day you can.Evolve it into togitic repeat process untill you get the Togikiss Aura spear it kills lengendarys like you wouldn't believe ^____^ that should help yeah it takes awhile but its worth it with everyone useing them ^_____^ How do I know this, because I a person who had a team of legendarys all die in one hit from it it was awsome ^___^ and the person who had it didn't cheat to max out the togikiss, in fact I think it's IV points where put in the wrong thing so even if you have a nature that doesn't fit a togikiss well in the type of attack you want to use it won't matter ^____^

Edit
------------------------
or use this giga impact (TM68)PP5 150 attack, 90% hit rate, in addition to damage the foe can not attack next turn ^____^ that's a sure way to make sure he doesn't do anything ^____^ pokemon with this move should have quick claw so he attacks first, before this I think pp max ups how many times you use it I forget or it's pp up whichever it's good to have as many as you can when fighting a leg ^___^ it's so cheap it's great XD

Theme: Fire and Dark Dogs (and a useless Noctowl.)

I use only my favorites, for better or worse. Whether or not their stats or movepool are crap, I work with whatever I have and make the best of it. I breed for natures, sometimes IVs, and EV train my Pokemon to their full potential. In fact, I'm rather opposed to people using OU/Uber tier Pokemon simply because they're strong, and not because they really like the critter. If they like the Pokemon, fine, let them use it. But when everybody uses the same 30-40 Pokemon in different combinations, battles become repetitive, predictable, even boring. Really, it wouldn't kill a body to use the Pokemon they prefer. :/

I try to avoid using Ubers for the most part--if any, it's just one per team(with the exception of Colosseum, where I attempted to train both Raikou and Entei in the current game). I played an emu of Diamond to get a feel for the game, and mixed it up when I got the real deal.

Emu team: Infernape, Staraptor, Luxray, Floatzel, Roserade, Dialga

DS team: Infernape, Crobat, Pikachu, Floatzel, Rampardos, Weavile(originally Kadabra)

PM me if you want my DS Friend Code.
