The price drop is a lie, they are only doing it to get rid of all the 60GB one's and make you by a 80GB at the old price. Yeah, I'm still not sure about that myself, I wouldn't put money on that.
I don't think they're going to make you get a game, etc, to buy the PS3, I really don't.

the only exclusive game for it that ive played and liked is resistance: fall of man.
As long as most of the PS3 games I want have a 360 or Wii alternative, ill be happy with my wii and 360.

1. Rockband 2. CoD4 3. Guitar hero III 4. Haze 5. UT3 6. Assassin's Creed 7. Lair 8. Need for speed pro street 9. Folklore 10. Warhawk 11. Heavenly Sword 12. GTAIV 13. Ratchet & Clank 14. Uncharted 15. Socom 16. Time Crisis 4 Those are the games I'll be getting in 2007 for the PS3. Bring LBP, MGS4, FFXIII into the mix and you've got yourself a system.

The 360 will get them and the Wii has some really good games going out. Now I don't really hate the PS3 but until it costs less (over here in the uk) than £400, and has a lot of game only for it that I want then i am not getting it.

Yes, well, X-box has 3 titles I want, that's it. Three
PS3 has 16, so far, plus other planed exclusives that we don't know about, it's a to each his own type deal. Metal Gear Solid Online Set Tekken 6 Going Online White Knight Story Playable at TGS New FF XIII Screenshot - New Trailer Will be At TGS New PS3 Exclusive Game - Valkyrie of the Battlefield I can't wait for TGS.

Do I want one? Yes. Will I pay more than $400 for it? No. Until the number of games I want to play gets over 15 (right now it's about 2 or 3) and/or the price drops significantly (I'm a poor college student, afterall), I'll stick with my Wii, PS2 and handhelds. Besides, I don't have a ton of motivation to buy a PS3 right now because a lot of the games I really want are actually being released on the PS2 (most notably Persona 3).

the 360 will win this gen...
I dont have high hopes for the PS3, but who knows? nobody expected the Wii to do nearly as well as it is. The PS3 has had a rough start, but i wouldnt be surprised if it caught up to the 360 in three years. Nintendo is going to release a re-mastered Wii within 5 years, and you can bet all your money on that.

no it really does, when your not using it ps3's can be linked online to function as a supercomputer processing outsourced data from big universities on cancer research. This speeds up computing and accelerates the research, what are the other systems doing for cancer?

PS3 is awesome without doubt. I can't wait for GTA IV with the collectors items with bags and cds in it. I can't wait until MSG 4 comes out. Xbox 360 isn't gud. The Darkness is coming in the UK on Friday and looks fanatastic.

I'll get it in two years... Yeah I believe I'll have a job by then. And so some money. I just know I can't resist PS3. The only reason is Final Fantasy. And possibly Kingdom Hearts 3. And FF is the only reason I'll get DS and PSP too. I have no mind! Square-Enix stole it from me! By the way does PS3 play PS2 games well? I've heard some bad news lately...

it plays ps1 and ps2 games,I played gundam battle assault 2 on it and all I play is ps2 games since I'm to cheap for ps3 games
btw they let you make memory cards on the hard drive which is good and bad and you can upload stuff from ur psp memory stick if you have one what bad news did you hear?
