I'm currently dipping back into a Doctor Who obsession after I decided earlier today to listen to Chameleon Circuit's latest album. Now I badly want to rewatch all of David Tennant's episodes! So many fantastic moments...

Does anyone know when the new series is supposed to begin? I can only barely remember what happened in the last series! Maybe I should rewatch that series too...

Any excuse to watch more brilliant Doctor Who!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but this December, my friend is putting on a musical of Doctor Who, and I was wondering if anyone who lives around the UK would be interested in seeing it. For anyone interested, I can tell you that it features rapping Daleks, a 'cameo' from Andy Murray and a very emotional ballad from the Master. From what I've heard of the songs and script, it's going to be a spectacular show, and if anyone wants to see it, just send me a private message and I can give more details.

(Sorry if this just seemed like spam, it is related to Doctor Who, even if it does stray extremely far from canon.)

I saw the trailer for the new series on TV last night... it looks epic. Dinosaurs! On a spaceship!

Although I will admit, when I saw that, my first thought was of this:
Mickey: What's a horse doing on a spaceship?
10: Mickey, what's pre-revolutionary France doing on a spaceship? Get a little perspective.

So, 11, dinosaurs on a spaceship are pretty cool, but it's never going to beat 10's pre-revolutionary France. The new series still looks amazing, though.

How does any of you feel of Peter Capaldi as the Doctor? I like him. He's kinda grown on me. And also because I never got a chance to post here, my favorite Doctors are 10 (my first ^u^), 4 (that beautiful scarf!) and 8 (the poor guy didn't get much screen time though)
