Zettai shonen is an excellent commentary in how we perceive and react towards things that are not of this world.

Basically due to the actions and lack of actions of characters in the anime the world membrane thins by the day, meaning, due to them involving themselves with things not of this world, strange things begin to happen constantly and at fixed intervals.

God, Thank you face, I just watched an entire episode....I find it really hard to stop once I start watching Zettai shounen, It's just so well written.

I found it by pure dumb luck; an anime that is largely ignored and disliked by most shallow anime fans, that turns out to be a stupidly well written urban fantasy sci fi mystery DECONSTRUCTION of all things. It's rare for me to find a random anime and like it. And even more rare to find a flawed but overall incredibly well written anime that doesn't even have a tv tropes page. It is literally a diamond in a sea of shit. And that's why im so affectionate. It is such a rare thing in and of itself that I can't help but to appreciate more than other simply good anime like say... Sket dance. Because there are other comedies with really good dramatic writting. But there's nothing like zettai shonen. At all. I've tried looking around and its just this unique forgotten gem...
