Runners-up. The "up" describes the noun, runner, and so the noun (runner) is the one that needs to be plural. Same thing with mother-in-law, or attorney-general (Mothers-in-law, attornies-general.)
KaibaCorp milk comes from Bakura's nipples. He's been milking himself, and that's why he's covering his nipples. I'm bad with captions, though, so I'll stop here.

They make accessories and to children's card games they don't own, milks just absurd! That brand just has added potassium and vitamin C! It's too bad the logo was similar enough for Kaiba to sue Cowtastic Dairy Co. out of existence.
