I could understand if I wasn't able to get into the off topic because there are too many people on the site for the servers to handle but this is odd. Iff I click the link it doesn't even attempt to load anymore. It just takes me to a new error page that says:

It takes me to that page instantly without attempting to load. Not only that, if I manually type in a URL which is inside the Off Topic it takes me to that page instantly without a lot of loading time at all which says to me that there is actually nobody at all inside the off topic because nobody is able to get past the index page.
