They do, actually. Well, they do under moderate flow. They don't last 12 hours with a heavy flow. Under heavy flow they last more like 4-6 hours.

I looked into them when my period calendar app said that it was possible for my period to start on my wedding day.

Fortunately I didn't need them for the wedding day but I'm glad I got them anyways.
