Take a pic of Yubel add in a pic of Bakura and there you go.
Remember this section of the boards is PG-13. No nudity, No underwear, extremely mildly suggestive material only, please. |

I didn't intend anything sexual.
the problem with your method is that I'd need pictures of both of them that fit together perfectly. |

Google is your friend when looking for pictures.

I have looked. the problem isn't finding pictures that kinda fit. it is about pictures that fit perfectly.

Hmm, I'm feeling kind of creative.
I might help you out with some Yubel/Bakura. Give me a few days to work on it and find the notebook where I keep my artwork. |

:D sure, if you want to.

I've got a couple of interesting prospects, just can't find my art notebook.
I'll have to make it clean enough to be posted here. |

I know where my pencils are and I have other notebooks I can use. But if I tear my artwork out of a random notebook, my Harry tends to frame it and hang it on a wall, somewhere.
I hate looking at my own artwork. |

I know that feeling. I am also never really content with my models or the photos I make. stupid perfectionism :/

Got an outline of Yubel, that I can be satisfied with.
Now need to add Bakura into the pic. This is half drawn/traced and colored. So don't be pissed if it's not all that good. |

what? how could I be pissed if you drew a picture?

Got the idea from this.
http://www.deviantart.com/art/Yubel-and-Judai-96357965 But instead of making them both injured I thought, Yubel cradling a sleeping Bakura would work better. http://www.deviantart.com/art/I-dare...gain-254287737 ^^ because it made me laugh |

ah, that's how you were doing it.

Tracing works, for the most part, but you've got to be careful not to move the paper to much while you are doing it, otherwise lines and stuff get crooked. Also, you can kind of turn your computer monitor into a lightbox with makes the image you are tracing show up better through the paper.

Good idea, and I like your sketch

Thank you.
The more I think about it, the more I kind of want to leave it uncolored. Something about it works better that way. Still need to work on the detailing, though. But I'm being lazy today. |

No problem, either way, it's looking good :)

Perhaps some basic shading would be best. Although, there's always the chance that you meant that when you said detail.
|
#147
|
||||
|
||||
Yes, I did.
I've never tried shading, before, but I might give it a shot. |

|

Well, good luck then. Keep in mind: Light sources.

I remember from waaaaay back in school, that I would occasionally need to trace something for school projects. I didn't always have a computer or printer, (just magazines/books at times) and to show the creation of something in my tech class, I would trace components of a tech to show how they fit together and whatnot. ANYWAY!
My tracing method utilized a simple desk lamp under a glass table or something sturdy you could see through. You could tape a printed picture or a clipping from a magazine under your choice of paper that you'd trace on. [You can use regular white paper instead of rice paper with this method.] (Lightly tape your paper over the original picture.) Make your overall outline, then go back with a lighter graphite and lightly shade. Now, you can either stick to the piece of paper you have your tracing on, or scan it and pull it into Photoshop. Regardless, you have the overall sketch you'll need to create a finished product. |

Yaoi is fine within the boundaries of logic.
Like.. I'm into spiritshipping, but it's because I could actually see Johan and Judai.. (oh wait lel) being together if it wasn't for Judai's unhealthy obsession with danger and card games. Based on their interaction and, by extension, Yubel's interaction with Judai ("You prefer him (Johan) that much?"). |
