Your suggestions please
Mainly, I am searching for a web hosting that charges monthly. I don't want to pay yearly and get stuck with a provider.
Stumbled on chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many websites reviewing them. I see hostgator on hosting review sites but they require advance payment for the low price. so who do you recommend?

i recommend http://www.hardestyhosting.com/ they're extremely affordable and pleasant to deal with. i've got 2 sites about to go live with them in the next few weeks and i've had no issues with costumer support or payments.

when i try to visit the url, i get the following -
