So, to summarize:

I used Spell-Check, ATK 1500 DFE 1700, to directly attack jcv's life points.
jcv activated his Mind Crush trap, cancelling my attack and sending a mind-crush attack at me.
I activated my Mirror Force trap, which... did... something.
jcv activated his Negate Attack trap.
I ate Negate Attack as well as the rest of jcv's deck.
jcv set my deck on fire.

Surely this was the most epic duel in the history of Duel Monsters.
....
