Its a bit easier to distuinguish a 21 year old from an -18 year old.
and in certain states your allowed to drink under 18 as long as a parent consents and it is in a private home.

That's when it was 18, though. I don't think it should be lowered to 18, just 19-20.

ironically in Britian, it drinkers in their mid-twenties who are the most likely to be problem lol (probably because no one else has any money, which is examplifed by last night, when I went out with group of Lawyers yesterday and I'm ashamed to say, they drank us students under the table )
