This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

I think the problem was that the Phantom Menace really bemused the fans with some stupid characters and scenes, and Lucas felt that he had gone completely wrong with Menace. So he tried to appeal to a near completely different audience with the sequels, which was stupid, because he got most things right with Menace, just a small amount of really stupid mistakes.

I actually liked Reign of Fire... which everyone seems to come down hard on...

and I also liked ALL the Star Wars movies... I thought that they were all pure awesome.

Indiana Jones 4 I thought was really good, but they didn't do the best job they could have done on the CGI.

I thought Epic Movie was pretty funny, though a lot of people I've talked to didn't think so :<
and The Tenth Kingdom is one of my favorite movies (a made-for-TV movie) but apparently it didn't really get great reviews...

Stay Tuned, I suppose. It didn't really do well in the box office back in '92, but it's one of my favorite movies.

of course I'll put down the other one that I have in various threads. Sorry, I'm a broken-broken record: Red Riding Hood

However, I also thought Let's Go To Prison was good and Idiocracy. Oh, and I almost forgot Enemy Mine. I still love that movie.

LazySlacker, Stay Tuned was a good movie. I forgot all about that one o.o

Tank Girl

It tanked in the box office, but I thought it was awesome.

I also liked Enemy Mine, and I have a weakness for movies based on video games. ^-^;

"Its what plants crave"

Has anyone here seen Cannibal holocaust?
Aside from Yami Marik?
I have, its um er well...badly acted but very gory and the kids that get eaten totally deserve it for destroying an innocent village, burning it to the ground and raping the villagers as they did oh and they killed a turtle which is unforgivable

Star Wars: The Clone Wars

It was really all it tried to be: a kids movie. I didn't mind it.

Also, I REALLY liked Indy 4. I really did.

I have no idea what people thought of Idiocracy, but that movie is just hilarious. What's even better is watching some Larry the Cable Guy (ftl) afterwards and thinking "oshi it's already happening".

I never really met anyone who did'nt like the Matrix:Reloaded, but no one seemed to like the scene with the Architect (wich I thought was awsome).

Also a movie that the critics did not like and no one remembers: A Knights Tale

Most critics said that the modern influence in a movie based in the middle ages was unrealistic(We Will Rock You was the song during the opening credits and We are the Champions was the closing credits), but I did'nt think historical accuracy was the point. The movie was hillarious and the Geoffrey Chaucer bit was awsome if you knew a little about him.

I don't think I knew anyone who liked it (or at least admitted to it) until now.

I think the movie is okay (and the Architect scene is actually a high point). Revolutions is a colossal failure though.

...Anyone that lists anything by Friedbum and Alkaseltzer (which I am sure people need after seeing their heinus attempts at humor) need to get checked for brain damage.... <.<

Anyway... my list... um... err... Some Godzilla movies I guess... people hate them, but I grew up watching these movies, and now with all these good DVDs out now, I get to watch them subbed and digitially restored and they are even bettter. Even though just under half of them are still absolute garbage. (at least 12 of the 28 films.) There are about 8 good ones and the rest are average to meh.

Other than my fandom though, I can't think of anything... since I try to avoid crap. XD

Although I gotta say I loved all of the Matrix movies... I had no problems with any of the instalments >_>
