I was thinking it has something to do with the virtual world being all about the Big 5, who are now 4kids, so they have to... fight off 4kids to prevent the show from being canceled? XD It makes more sense than the actual show, "oh hey there's a virtual world with the Big 5 who are going to duel you for your bodies that they can't just TAKE?"

Yea, it would seem easier in the dub if they just took the bodies in the beginning and said "Screw the card games, we got bodies!" Their whole master plan didn't seem very well thought out. Until their mini-tournament, I never would have thought that the Big 5 (aka 4Kids) even knew how to play the card game, which would really only seem like a fair fight with Tea, Tristan, Duke and Serenity. I can't believe they honestly thought they'd win against Yugi and Seto and Joey.

Seriously - an old man against Yugi, the King of Card Games...mhm, didn't think so.
Then there's the 2nd one - who dueled Tea. He said he loved 2 things - numbers and penguins (ooookay....). So where do card games fit in?
Johnson (who dueled Joey) fits in perfectly. Everyone else cheats in the game, why not him too?
Nesbitt....eh. Could care less about him...
Lechtor...eh. Who cares - though he probably picked the smartest deckmaster monster out of the 5 of 'em.

That's my rant for the day :p

There was not much to make fun of in this episode, since the original episodes were pretty ricockulous to begin with.

I'm not the biggest fan of making Shadi into a Sasha Baron Cohen caricature as that means acknowledging his existence and that's something I don't like to do, but whatevs.

loved it, better than episode 40 cuz there were no card games and lol to the duke and tristan bit, when duke declared he would never sleep with another woman again

Duke's freak out proved to me LK has developed great voice acting skills, too bad Serenities voice still sounds like a muppets.

lmao I know! I had to watch it a few times to catch everything they were saying. My favorite was when Duke said something along the lines of "I'll never have sex with women again!!"

And of course, the dramatic music playing in the background...

They made the episode for me. Esp. the random quote by Tristan's parents...

According to Webster's, "camp" in this context means:
