Awwwww I am such a sucker for little details that somehow seem incredibly intimate -- entwined fingers, the way Jaden's fingers are curled around Chazz's ear in the first one -- that sort of thing.

 I think I should have watched GX full time, that's what's happens when I skip seasons... Why tumblr, why I only notice things because of you!   I know that this doesn't count as ship moment, more like fanfic fuel, but whatever  Hahaha, left out? XD*bricked*         God, sometimes I wonder if Gx has more gay moments than official yaoi animes  I won't lie, I was having a bit os dirty thoughts about the last one.  Personally, I am more of a Tomorrowshipper(Jim x Asuka/Alexis) but it still hilarious  Yeah, this one is fanfic fuel, I am ashamed that I don't hav any picture from the movie with Jaden sort-of-holding Yusei, his face is priceless. ^^  Yeah, I was squicked the first time I saw this episode, guy was such a pedo :/, I'm wondering how the heck did Jaden/Judai got out of that Submarine

Like I said, Haou would look cooler without the helm, I wished that he would appear without it that's all, as a "plot point" I think it's nice.
...Until today I still don't understand what's Haou power, ok, he's the gentle darkness I suppose, but what the errf is his powers? Yubel protec you from brainwashing, turns duel monsters real and give you nice two dual color eyes, but what Haou does besides the nice golden eyes? :/

Eh, I know some people who would disagree. He looks cooler WITH his helm. The Supreme King/Haou is not supposed to come off as some pretty boy with luscious hair...

I am the nerdiest scholar. Turns out a major section of my big research paper for the semester is going to be dedicated to an episode of freaking GX, of all things. I did not intend for this to happen, but as I was procrastinating one day -- marathoning GX, of course -- I got to an episode that is pretty much the epitome of everything that I am arguing in my paper. Wat.
So now I am about to go give a presentation that's mostly made up of GX clips + an explanation of why this particular episode is so freaking cool with its epic amounts intertextuality and how much cultural background knowledge is required to understand everything being referenced. Go me. I cannot believe that Jaden has even provided me with a wealth of material for an academic paper.  Thank you, Jaden Yuki. You never let me down. <3
