I'm always grossed out and cringe at certain eye images. I even have a massive phobia concerning people touching my eyes aggressively or things going near my eye (whether or not they're harmful).

A maggot within someone's eye is very gross, gory, and interesting. I wonder if the person seen in the image is dead and if he or she isn't, how did the maggot get there?
