Worst movies ever seen (by me), and also probably made.
1. Forest of the Damned 2. Sublime 3. Robogeisha And many many others.. Though the first two... I can't even describe how painstaking it was trying to watch those. |

Correction: worst director/producer/actor. He's the Anti-Mel Brooks, as he's the best combination actor/director/producer of all time, and nearly everything he touches turns to gold and becomes an instant classic.
To answer your question, Boll used to get kickbacks from the German government for making his movies there, as part of a program to promote the German film industry. But ever since the German government cut him off a while back for sucking too much and ripping them off, the fact that he's producing these movies out of his own pocket has been even more astounding. I mean, he's got two movies that came out earlier this year: In the Name of the King II, and Auschwitz (yes, that one) (no, it's not a poorly written comedy, it's a serious attempt at a movie) (as seen from that point of view) (he also has a small role in it) (Edit: my mistake, he played one of the lead roles) (actually, in retrospect, that movie may have been revenge for the German government cutting him off). (Oh Boll...)
My top 3 are tra tra 1.Indina Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (Oh Steven and George I never forgive you, never!!!) 2.The Legend of Aang (wow, that was realy bad, I mean the actors in a Boll movie are more talented. I know somebody who likes that movie, troll?) 3. Not sure if... every movie with Mel Gibson (esepecially the Patriot) or Star Wars III. for some of the worst dialogues in history of cinema? |

1Epic Movie sucked it wasn't funny and had a super gay ending.
2second national treasures. because it felt so random event wise. 3 is a tie between harry potter 7 part 1 and avatar ok HP7 was just so random and didn't seam to line up. and avatar was 90% graphics and 10% story that has been raped so many times. I also HATED the anti Military theme. The military are blessings from God that put their life on the line for us. |

o^o I felt HP7's greatest strength was how well it's sequence of events lined up due to them alotting more time to pay attention to the subtleties of the plotline and it's interconnecting sub-plotlines. The movies before it were very weak in that aspect and I see it as a crowning success that they fixed it for the last two movies.
My vote for worst goes to... Never Ending Story 3. Last edited by Ave; 08-31-2011 at 09:21 PM. |

I would have to say the Twilight Movies, However, My BF did find a good use for the first movie. He uses it as a cure for insomnia. Whether he's tired or not, all he has to do is pop Twilight into the DVD player and he is out like a light.

Meet the spartans (Just... Don't, dude. Don't.)
Pretty much every last romantic comedy ever createad (I for one refuse to even go to theaters to *not* watch movies like these. It's like they simply offend me.) Big giant thing number 1 VS Big giang thing number 2 sci-fi movies (Altough I simply cannot decide it those ain't fail so bad it turns around into a big win, srsly. It's like Yusei Fudo walking into a bar and ordering milk. :'D ) That's pretty much it. Not much of a movie hater. |

I'd have to say Meet the Spartans or Napoleon Dynamite. They just weren't very interesting to me.
The Twilight films were at least so bad they were kind of funny, I thought. |

What is it with people picking on these easy movies? Everyone knows they're bad before they even come out. Why do you still watch them? The worst kind of movies are the kind whose awfulness lingers on long after you've stopped watching the movie. The kind of movie that takes a shit in your brain and takes weeks to scrub out. Do not under any circumstances watch these movies:
Elephant directed by Gus Van Sant This takes an interesting idea and ruins it with boredom, horrible camera work, and gay sex. Its supposed to be about a school shooting seen through the perspective of an ordinary high school. They got ordinary down perfectly. This movie is made up of snippets of insipid hallway conversations while an out of focus camera follows random students drifting aimlessly. By the end of the movie, I'm convinced that everyone in it deserved to die. A senseless high school massacre with no payoff. And also gay sex. Gummo directed by Harmony Korine I hate Harmony Korine. I hate him more than I think I've hated anyone whose ever lived. Even fictional characters. I hate him because when he made this movie, he was a stupid kid who had no idea how to make a movie so he just filled it with the most disgusting, vile, horrifying shit imaginable. He is a master of creating ugliness. His movies celebrate ugliness, almost to a point you might think Korine sees ugliness as a virtue. There is no deeper meaning to justify a movie this bleak and nihilistic. There was no reason for this movie to exist other than to make the world a little bit darker and a little bit lonelier. I'm convinced Korine won't be satisfied until the world is reduced to nothing but a desolate void with nothing to distract humans from their suffering aside from reveling in their most base desires and wallowing in their own filth. My loathing for Korine and this film may be intensified by the fact it hits geographically close to home for me. This film has given me a fear of backwards hill people who live in trailers filled with rotting animal flesh whose only source of entertainment is rape and murder. I know its an irrational fear and the world isn't as horrifying as Korine's twisted imagination, but its a fear topped only in my mind by my crippling fear of whales. This movie stills haunts my nightmares and I would gladly watch, Jack and Jill 1000 times before subjecting myself to even 10 minutes of a Harmony Korine movie. |

Punch Drunk Love with Adam Sandler. He's a good actor and comic, but that movie was shit. He was too far out of his element, but it wasn't entirely his fault. I thought the script among other things was just bad.

Batman and Robin, Puss in Boots, Titanic (1943), and Fred: The Movie.
For everyone who's been saying the Twilight movies are bad, I have to disagree. Any franchise that garners millions of fans in only four years is at least decent, and besides Kristen Stewart being the worst actress in Hollywood the movies were pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of the movies, but I can stomach them. But that's just my opinion. |

Any movie with Matt Damon and/or Zac Effron: they are both annoying!
Batman Returns: Danny DeVito playing The Penguin has given me nightmares for quite some time now... Any movie that has too many sequels except for Police Academy (Will make you lol until it hurts) Oh, I nearly forgot movies that have too many female followers who make up stupid teams for the boys that the female protagonist likes (I am staring at you, Twighlight and The Hunger Games fans). On top of that, movies which aren't at least 85-90% accurate to the book whence the movie is based on (The Hunger Games again) |

Leonardo dying was the best part.
A few movies I can think of that I really hate would be Titanic (Except the part where the boat sinks and Leonardo DiCaprio dies.) and the Hulk.
